This is a dealership that Ive loved, but my latest experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I took my car in for a tire rotation and the next day I noticed one of my hub caps were missing. Ive been calling there for 3 days to find out if they found my hub cap in the shop. Darryl was supposed to call me back several days ago and so was the manager. NOTHING. Im so disappointed. Well, personally, this is very happy process to buy cars from Passport Toyota. To be honest, I contacted couple of sales persons in other Toyota dealership before I come here. But Passport Toyota is the one provide high quality service. They treat their customer nice even if on the hot-sale cars.In comparison, another newly opened Toyota dealerships sales person and their sales manager are very arrogant and rude.
