This is such a hidden store and it is easy to miss. The service has always been good here and the store has always looked clean. The parking is kind of tight but other than that, it really isnt that special here.
This Rite Aid is now a Walgreens. While the pharmacy staff has remained the same- ( courteous, and helpful)there are major differences in getting Rxs filled. One of my Rxs is for a NON generic drug and is always out of stock and has to be ordered. This never happened when it was Rite Aid( in fact, when traveling, a Walgreens gave me the generic form of the drug without informing me - a form I cannot have) . Rite Aid used to text me when my Rx was filled -not Walgreens . When trying to refill a Rx with no refills, Rite Aid would inform you of that during the call(automated) This leads to the other day, I called, Yes your Rxs will be ready at 1030. Arrived at 11:00. Not ready- can you wait 5 minutes - yes - at 11:25 I left. Rx still not ready. to boot, their automated answering recording the you call is the worst- you have to jump though hoops to get a real person, or just start hitting the 0 button until they re-direct you.
Customer service here was top notch, very sweet people. I was very impressed with the selection of liquor that this particular store had, who would have known!?
Great beer selection for a pharmacy! Baxter 12 packs for $15
Great service.
