I located a very unique 30 year old Chevy Camaro IROC Z at this dealership. Unfortunately, I was 670 miles away in Florida. I placed a phone call to the dealership and spoke to a salesman named Mike.Salesman Mike was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Within a few minutes, he was able to get me the price I was willing to pay for the vehicle. Now came the hard part, how to get the vehicle home. Easy way was to transport it door to door but, my 13 year old Son wanted a Road Trip Memory out of this unique vehicle. We chose to fly up and pickup the vehicle.I notified salesman Mike of our intentions to personally pickup the vehicle. Mike went out of his way and offered to pick us up at the Little Rock Airport for free. This is 100 miles away from the dealership. Not only did Mike pick us up as promised, he made sure the 30 year old Camaro was road worthy for our 13 hour drive back to Florida. Everything was delivered as promised. My Son and I received excellent customer service from Mike. A true and honest salesman!Words alone cannot describe how thankful I am about Dickson/Performance Chevrolet and the staff. My Son and I had a great buying experience on a very unique piece of American Muscle Car history. The car was exactly as described and performed like a champ.Salesman Mike, thanks for the great and memorable auto buying experience. You are DMan!

Was having a strange/unsual issue with my company car, 2017 Chevy Malibu, where when I put the car in park, I was getting a message that I needed to shift to park and I was confused, it was causing me to re-crank, back up, park again, etc. until it worked. They knew exactly what the issue was and ordered the part, then scheduled an appointment around my schedule, and estimated 2 hours time and it was ready/installed in 1.5 hours. Great Experience, very friendly people.

Spent the morning on the phone with the dealership working out a price deal on a used vehicle. We were assured by the manager that the vehicle was in perfect condition, free of any scratches/dents/interior stains. We spent 2 hours driving, anticipating that we would be purchasing the vehicle. Upon arrival, we were presented with a vehicle without gas, stains on the leather, unwashed with trash in the vehicle, 3,000 more miles than listed online, and a front bumper that had been touched up in multiple spots with the incorrect color of paint. The manager’s response to our concerns was that the vehicle was “perfect for the year” and that we were looking to purchase a used vehicle that didn’t exist. (Keep in mind that we were looking at a 2014 with well under 100k miles.) I was completely mislead by the manager, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone trusting what this dealership says over the phone.

Use caution when purchasing a vehicle from Performance Chevrolet Buick GMC, Inc.. If you shop there, you will realize that the sale person will answer your questions based on the response that you hope to hear. This may or may not be the truth. If you think that there might be something wrong with the vehicle, major or minor, you are going to have to find it yourself.

Manager will lie to you about the condition of the cars. He will promise you it’s in excellent condition and assure he’s looked over the car. You will drive out there to be disappointed. They have no values or integrity.

It’s not often that I am blown away, however, when I am I want to tell the world. On Wednesday, November 14, 2018, the coldest day yet in Southern Arkansas, my 2014 Chevrolet would heat my car and subsequently began to overheat. Given no so recent warranty work I assumed the issues were related. Having contacted Teague Chevrolet in El Dorado, Arkansas I was treated below standard! No concern, no appreciation for choosing this location to service my vehicle, and no urgency “We’ll get to it when we get to it” type attitude. With no other alternative I contacted Dickson Chevrolet in Camden, Arkansas, my hometown, and I am so THANKFUL I did! The phone was answered by Amanda Moseley, she was bubbly and so helpful! As I did with Teague Chevrolet, I explained my issues with my vehicle and the past warranty repairs at another dealership. She immediately began to search for options to quickly get my vehicle in for service. She located an availability for the same morning and even offered a ride back to my residence! She explained the process, diagnostic fee, and what could be the possible outcomes, keeping in mind that everything would be discussed and explained to give me the most affordable repairs. Along with Chasity, Dickson Chevrolet Service Manager, they ensure me the repairs would be warrantied and that the diagnostic would rule out any issues that may not be so apparent! Once the repairs were completed Amanda called to explain everything and to ensure that all my needs were met and offered options to settle my bill for the completed work on my car. I have never had anyone go to such lengths to show they care about their customers! I’m blown away! If you need anything in the area of repairs, or even searching for a new vehicle give Dickson Chevrolet a chance to blow you away! You won’t regret your decision!

$36 dollar part cost me $390 to be installed. I used to carry my truck there for everything oil changes fuel filter changes. Not anymore!!Will not be in business around here long. They tell you what you want to here but then wont give you the service promised. I will drive to hot springs.

I dont recommend this to anyone. We got our vehicle from this place and they told us it was good to go. Thing is, they failed to do a complete detail of it so now we have to pay out of the pocket for things that shouldnt have been happening in the first place since we havent even had it for a year yet. If you go with them, be cautious of what you are asking for. Because you might be like me and my family now, paying for a vehicle that has problems that shouldnt be there in the first place.

I purchased my 2016 chevy certified malibu through Dickson.. The buying experience was great.. Angie S. and Thomas Dickson really seemed to do all they could to help me get into a dependable vehicle that I could afford, which is important for a single mom.The first time I washed my car I discovered a leak and the service department put me in a ride till they could get my part fixed and my car back to me. My headliner wasnt cleaned like I asked for them to check... I can do it myself but should I have to?The only real down side is I have called relentlessly because my payoff wasnt handled properly and somehow got overlooked even though I have been assured it would be taken care of. Now I am concerned they have had my trade in for 25 days...

Came here from Missouri to get a Sensor replaced, first one was bad, waited 3 days for part. After a couple of weeks went by, it went out again and was told it wasnt really a reliable part, so were going with a newer part they use to use.... ( why wasnt it used in the first place???) A week went by and no call on delivery of part so it could be fixed, so I called and it was to be delivered the next day after being told only a couple days delivery. So finally here to be replaced, VERY early and wanted to go for the oil change and was told their a couple hours behind.... umm, hello.... ya JUST OPENED!, and to arrive having to listen to MOSH PIT MUSIC?!!!! Shoot me now!!!🙄😡 and the kid taking the truck gave us this dead look, ( as in duh) when we asked to have the steering wheel and SEATS COVERED AS THEY ARE COVERED IN GREASE ALREADY!!!😡cause where we come from, we RESPECT PEOPLES THINGS AND BELONGINGS!!!! So warning ⚠️ to ALL of you that value your vehicle... find somewhere else, or pay the consequences! These people are far from reality and obviously thinks very little of your vehicle... their the oh type... like.... ok... in stupor mode!!!Scary part.... 0 COMMON SENSE!Watchem!

I recently bought a 2015 Kia Sorento from Performance GMC. First off I was coming from the Dallas Fort Worth Area and wanted to make sure that the car I was buying was in as good as shape as advertised. Bill took the extra time to make sure everything was to my liking before I began my journey to the dealership. I got to the dealership before a little before closing but there was no pressure on their part. They had everything in order and honestly it took longer to get my insurance company to get situated than the whole buying/financing portion. I did notice that the car had more mileage than in the picture on the internet and the team did a fantastic job of coming up with a fair solution. (They took a few hundred dollars off the price of the vehicle) After it was all said and done it was probably the easiest car buy Ive ever had for a great and fair price. I would certainly recommend them to anybody else looking to purchase a used car from their dealership.

As loyal repeat performance chevrolet buick customer, I am DISAPPOINTED AND INFURIATED by the quality of the customer service I received here. In an effort to purchase my second GMC from this particular dealership, I expected much better attention, communication, and results than I have received. Nicole Daniel was my salesperson for this transaction. As a current resident of New Orleans, LA, I was only in town for two months, and therefore needed to get this transaction completed in that time frame. The process for selecting the specific car I wanted, and agreeing to price was simply exhausting and aggravating. Nicole was not knowledgeable, illustrated terrible body language, expressed deep sighs when I would ask basic questions, and relied heavily on management to make any progress towards the sale. After finally agreeing to price and signing the paperwork, one would think the process would proceed smoothly, but on the contrary, the struggles were just beginning. As I expressed earlier, timing and delivery was crucial in my situation. Following the day of the sale, Nicole had disappeared and completely ignored many phone calls, emails, and text messages. The only way I was able to get any updates regarding the delivery date was by physically going to the store and requesting to speak to a manager, or by contacting a manager directly since Nicole was unreachable. This vehicle was delivered 4 weeks late, and as a result, I was forced to book another round trip flight, rent a car for 2 weeks, costing me an additional $600. The next time I heard from Nicole was when the car was finally delivered, which is absolutely unacceptable. Even after expressing this to management at GMC of Camden there was nothing done to apologize nor compensate for the extra expenses I had to face as a result of their poor communication, late delivery, and terrible customer service. I strongly encourage prospective buyers to learn from this experience and consider other salespersons and dealerships before facing the kind of extreme dissatisfaction and frustration that I unfortunately faced.

Your service team should be as eager to resolve problems as they are to avoid doing the work necessary it take to be analytical and reasonable. Your dealership may not be able to resolve issues with 2014 gmc Sierra trucks, but at least act like you care!

I purchased a car from them on 7/26/16 and I have yet to get my title on 10/15/16. I have made numerous attempts to get it resolved, called and can never get a call back with an explination. Went up there several times to be told they would call me, which they did not. The last time I went I was told I had to wait an uncertain amount of time. When I reminded the man he has never called me back when he said he would his response was do you know how many people I see in a day? So unprofessional!!!! Today I called again and was reassured the same man would call me back, of course they are closed now and he never called me back. My finance company is constantly contacting me about why they dont have a title yet and no one there seems to care!
