NEGATIVE 5 STARS *** VERY POOR SERVICE. DONT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS. WILL KEEP YOUR CAR FOREVER. AS LONG AS YOU ALLOW THEY WILL DELAY THE PROCESS AND KEEP INCREASING THE PRICE THEN TELL YOU THE CAR AIN’T WORTH FIXING IF HE CAN MAKE MORE MONEY OFF IT. DON’T TRUST THEM.

Very Poor service! This is the ONLY review you will need to see to make your decision. Guy will cut you off over the phone during a conversation every time you call him to get questions answered about your cars status (Last I checked I was the paying customer) and will over charge for doing practically nothing.I think I was way too patient and too kind in this matter. Had my car for an ENTIRE YEAR.......and ENTIRE YEAR :( and still didnt fix the problems that I needed fixed. I was finally able to get my car off RCs lot (which already had hundreds of cars already sitting in it) after it being held hostage and went with another mechanic who was not only able to fix my car completely in front of my house, but was able to fix the entire car in three days time, and explained to me in great detail all the problems that was wrong with the car after I got it back from RC Auto. This is a real review and I highly would not recommend anyone to use this sketchy place. Im still waiting on paperwork from them that I never received because of an error they made. Hey a lesson was definitely learned here
