Decided to visit an actual lingerie store instead of the usual mall experience. Was so happy I did. From the time I walked into the store until I left, the staff couldn’t have been more friendly & helpful. The young lady that helped me was very knowledgeable & went above & beyond to help. I will definitely be back & would recommend anyone looking for quality service as well as quality product to take the time to visit.

I made a last minute run to Jolie to pick up some seamless underwear for wearing as a bridesmaid and to pick up for the bride as well. Walking into Jolie was the best experience. Not only did she spend time via social media to communicate with us and make sure they had what we needed in stock. Picking up the items and walking into the store was like shopping with a friend. The shop was so helpful! Picking items, looking at photos of the dress to make sure it would work. I cannot speak enough of the experience. Thank you Jolie for getting us wedding day ready! Today I purchased a bra after 4 very frustrating years of trying to find something that fit. After having my daughter, I struggled with finding the right size and shape. I made an appointment for a fitting and Vanessa was an absolute angel! She was so kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable. She made me feel so comfortable and listened to my concerns and issues that Ive been experiencing. She encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone and I am so glad she did. I love that they keep a profile of bras tried on so that you can return and purchase exactly what you want again. Hands down the absolute best experience Ive ever had bra shopping, Ive struggled for years finding a bra that is comfortable and supportive and this is the first time Ive left a bra store having to choose between bras I liked!! The lady who helped me (Im so sorry i forgot your name!) was incredibly helpful and super knowledgeable, she made me feel very comfortable and I felt her focus was 100% on me. My sister and I had an amazing experience at Jolie! Alexandra was knowledgeable and incredibly patient in helping us determine our sizes and finding styles that suited our needs and personalities. The bra styles are flattering and very chic/cute - we had a lot of fun trying all the different options on. I would encourage first-timers to book an appointment to allow you time to try things on and be properly fitted. We felt very comfortable with their COVID protocols/cleaning procedures - Alexandra was very attentive and did not make us feel hurried during our visit. Bras are very reasonably priced and there are lots of attractive options in the larger sizes (which we both are). We are so glad we found this gem of a boutique!

Jolie is the cutest boutique bra and lingerie store downtown Galt. I had a fitting with Alexandra and she was so helpful in finding a proper fitting bra. Jolie carries so many sizes allowing a perfect fit. She made me feel very comfortable and was willing to pull many different styles to try. Lots of washing, care, and style tips. I didn’t get the name of the girl who helped me, but she spent an hour with me trying on every bra in the store to help me find the perfect fit. I had a wonderful experience getting fitted by Alexandra. She was professional, friendly, understanding and really went above and beyond, I havent had customer service like that in years. The store itself is small but quaint, tidy and lovely; I found the selection to be robust and high quality.Edit: I went to get fitted during covid and felt very safe and secure, I even brought my baby with me.

Saxx Underwear available in downtown Galt, Cambridge. The salesclerk was very helpful and knows her stuff; the ins and out of the three different kinds available. I was thrilled to find them and it was a great shopping experience as well. I purchased the Ultra myself.
