Joey and his crew arrived slightly before the appointment and did an excellent job in replacing my defunct second floor air conditioner with excellent workmanship and finished ahead of my expectations. He also identified issues with my first and third floor units and furnace that I was unaware of the need. There was a lot of debris created and all was removed promptly. Excellent job and workmanship.

Jeff was polite and professional. He diagnosed and identified the problem right away. Our heat was working again in less than an hour.

Fabulous help on replacing my indirect water tank. Couldn’t say strongly enough how pleased I was with the service Aero Energy provided. They sent texts with updates on time on arrival, the name and photo of my service technician, had a box of gloves, booties by the front door. My house was spotless and free of debris. Jeff arrived on time and worked efficiently. He and his help were professional and pleasant.

We didn’t have heat or hot water. We put in a call to Aero and they sent out Bob, an experienced technician. Within minutes after his arrival he found the problem and had the part in his truck.He informed us the cost of the part before proceeding. Bob waited until he verified heat and hot water were on. We could not have asked for better service.

I woke up this morning to 65 inside and 37 outside. Heat wasnt working. I called Areo at 8:30, by 10 the men (Leroy and Mark) left my house and my heat was working. They were propmt, professional and courteous.

The service reps are always courteous seem to do a good job. The communication at the home office and sorting out what you need is a bit of a challenge, almost always. A fair amount of persistence is needed with their system to get the job done.

First of all I ran out of oil Friday evening. Ramon showed up and saved the day. I was really disappointed that being on AUTOMATIC DELIVERY was supposed to insure that this wouldnt happen...I am giving five stars to Ramon but not Aero Energy. Although I had an oil delivery on Saturday the heat went off again Sunday (middle of the night). I called Ramon directly and he said he would come.

We had a mysterious gas leak and Devin persevered until he located it. He was very careful and kept in close touch with the office whenever he had a question. We had to turn off the main boiler because of the leak but he was careful to leave our gas fireplaces on so we could get through the night. Very thoughtful!

Whitewood Assisted Living found itself without heat Sunday before Christmas. Aero responded with a tech onsite inside 2 hours from our call. By midday, our residents were toasty warm and we had full diagnosis for future preventive maintenance work to avoid having the problem recur. Thanks!

Ramon came on time to begin with and went right to work. He carefully checked the furnace (we use year round in that it supplies hot water). That was all ok, but his inspection of the oil tank yielded problems. He graphically showed me unwanted residue in a filter plus signs of rust damage and leakage on the tank suggesting I have a rep take a closer look and consider replacement soon. He said hed halt re-fill oil delivery until a new tank was installed.. I credit his observation for appropriately warning me and preventing unwanted results. In all I respect his knowledge and appreciate his attention. John
