Furthermore, as someone who spent over $100 at your establishment I am entitled to provide feedback and google reviews are for doing just that. I was truly hoping to continue to support your local business but I respect your decision to run your business as you see fit so based on your response, I will not be returning. All the best. ****I went there for a first time after looking for a place with natural and organic products for the home and my lifestyle that isn’t “Whole Foods”. I found a lot of great stuff and was overall happy with their selection but I was really disappointment as I picked up over five items I was interested in getting but each time I tried to look at the ingredients, each product had a price tag stamped directly on the ingredients so I couldn’t see what was in it or what it was made of. This is especially important to me because not only am I trying to live a healthier lifestyle but I’m also allergic to gluten, soy, dairy, and aloe. I don’t know if it was unintentional but over 5 different products is a lot. I think that you should be conscious about the fact that your customers will want to know what’s in products and find other placements for the price tag. Certainly there are other places on the products that you could stick the price tag on without interfering with ingredients.

Cambridge naturals is one of my favorite stores ever! The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. My favorite is all of the spices and herbs the widest variety I’ve seen anywhere. They have everything I need and more from cleaning supplies to natural remedies to beauty and body care. I am obsessed! Can’t you tell?

Unfortunately it was closing when I got there.i went to purchase loose tea . They have a great selection, and I managed to grab a few samples. I wish I had more time.

The staff at CN are wonderful! I usually call first with any questions and they either recommend great products that always work or give excellent suggestions on other places to try

Cambridge Naturals has great product selection and friendly staff. I feel like every ethically made, environmentally-friendly product Ive ever seen is in this store! Im very glad they have an online store now as well; even if I need to go in person, it helps to know in advance if they have what youre looking for.

I really liked this store when I first walked in they had so much variety and amazing products! The customer service I received from Sam and Matt today was beyond exceptional. I really appreciate them so much for taking great care of me and answering all my questions without hesitation. Amber at the herb counter is not so pleasant, at all, she even looked at me and said we’re about to close in 10 minutes so we need to hurry up and make these selections. Someone who is calm and inviting should be at that booth not her. That was my experience at Cambridge naturals and to be honest, I would just stick with the sister store in Brighton MA.. at least you get top notch service without being rushed every second.

If only I had the bank account to shop at Cambridge Naturals for all my beauty, health and light grocery needs I would.The Cambridge location is the original spot as there is a second location in Brighton that is smaller, but just as clean and organized.The employees are super professional and always willing to banter and exchange pleasantries. I usually go here to buy sage, candles, lip balm, bentonite clay, tea and healthy snacks, but they have a huge selection of products from artisan jewelry to freshly made kombucha.If you’re a naturalista like me or would like to make changes to your beauty products or just show support for a small locally owned business Cambridge Naturals is the place for you.

Literally could not love this place more! The staff is so friendly and helpful and the products are top of the line. I especially love their tinctures! I recently purchased Respirease to help my lungs after they were feeling congested and in one day I could take full breaths again. Amazing stuff!

Such a great store! Placed an order for local delivery (which was FREE and quick) and got a nice mix of groceries and some cute stocking stuffers. They really have a little bit of everything and it’s all so thoughtfully curated.

Cambridge Naturals is quite literally my favorite store. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, the owners are genuine and amazing (family owned for decades!) and the curation of healthy & natural products is top notch. There are a few products from them that I’ve added to my life (makeup, natural deodorant brand I can only find there) that keep me coming back again and again. They’ve also built such a special community and embody that shop-around-the-corner feel.

Cambridge Naturals is my favorite store hands-down! I frequent both Cambridge and Brighton locations. Staff are always welcoming, eager to help, and very knowledgeable. This is my go-to spot for wellness needs, gifts, and self care items.

We love supporting this local business! The online ordering + curbside pickup was great during the first phases of the pandemic. You can still order online and they have free delivery over a certain amount. Everything I’ve gotten from there is great quality and sustainable. Our favorite products: JR Liggetts shampoo bars, Roland Pines candles, Dr Bronners anything, and Little Seed Farm deodorant. The staff are always super helpful when recommending products.

Nice selection of natural health foods. Friendly staff. The last few times Ive come, however, its been a bit too crowded given covid. They do offer online delivery now though, which is good. Products are of course a little more expensive than at the big box stores, but there is the benefit of their products being more curated. Note that this Central Square store does not carry identical products to the Boston Landing store, so if youre looking for something specific you saw in their marketing (e.g. social media), you might want to call ahead to check if the location you are going to carries it.

Safe, helpful staff and had what I was looking for.

I avoid plastic and the CN vitamins and other supplements are all wonderful and packaged in glass! Shopping for Meow Meow Tweet and Organic Bath Co. at CN has also helped save me on shipping from the brand itself. It’s also great to see so many bulk bins too though I wish it was less herb focused and more food focused as I have to go to Pemberton Farms for bulk food.

I love Cambridge Naturals so much. They have a huge selection (despite the small store size!) and their staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Its important to me to support small local family-owned businesses as much as possible.They have a wide array of supplements, herbs, and personal care supplies (lots of skincare + bath / shampoo / etc). They also have a baby section, essential oils, non-toxic cleaning supplies + household supplies, snacks / food, yoga and meditation books and tools, and a few tarot / oracle card decks. And they have a huge assortment of chocolate that suits all sorts of dietary needs!The store is bright and well-kept. They often have shelf labels that denote whether an item is locally-made / locally-sourced or from a women-owned company. Its clear that they really care about the store and helping people on their wellness journey. Its a perfect place to stock up on your wellness essentials or find a gift for yourself / someone else. I always look forward to my next trip to Cambridge Naturals!

Could of been a five star but I always feel like I’m being watched while shopping or looking around and I honestly can’t stand that. I may look broke but I don’t steal and most likely have more money then all employees combined. Other than that the store is lovely a little cramped but has all the right ingredients and remedies for natural self care.

I have often shopped at Cambridge Naturals and liked both their products and supporting a local business. However, after today, I will no longer be shopping there. I brought in my own plastic bottle to refill with liquid soap from their bulk section only to realized at the checkout counter that theyre gouging customers -- a refill of my own bottle cost more than buying a whole new bottle. I understand that theyre a small business, but up-selling on bulk items is wrong. Then, when I questioned the price at the register, thinking there must be a mistake, the self-righteous clerk lectured me on the social horrors of Amazon. Well, I can think of multiple small, local businesses who do a better job on pricing and I will supported them from here on out.

A great well stocked store with vitamins and herbal supplements, health foods, homeopathic remedies, and lots of very cool gifts. This is a fun store to wander around or a great place to find a specific thing you need. Helpful staff can assist you. Highly recommend!

Friendly, helpful staff make shopping here a pleasure. Some items are pricey, but everything Ive gotten here has been top-quality & worth the price tag. They usually have rotating sales on items like skincare & their CBD oils, too, amongst other things.

Yes, it’s expensive, but I love this place! They have everything from housewares to personal care products to groceries to gifts. Great place for finding products that are healthy, safe, humane and environmentally friendly. This is probably my favorite store of all time.

Great for their bulk spices. The only place I found decent quantities of poppy seed without breaking the bank. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. A little too fragrant for my taste, but, well, what does one expect, with all the incense, soaps, and other stuff they sell.

First time going and I loved it! I heard you could bring your own clean containers, and the process was very easy! Staff was energetic and helpful. Location was more convenient than I thought it would be.

A natural remedies stores with plenty of selection for CBD oil to wide tea selections and various good for improving your comfort like eye masks and pillows. A great location for small gifts, as well.

Excellent hidden gem! I was looking for the longest time for Chasteberry tea and supplements and did not want to order something online. I went to this store and was warmly welcomed by the manager who helped me tremendously and I will always go here for herbal supplements and teas!

This is hands down my favorite store for natural and organic products. They have an amazing bulk herb and tea section, a phenomenal selection of essential oils, and thousands of other amazing products. The employees are especially friendly, and were even so nice as to allow me to interview their herb and tea buyer for a school project. Overall, this is a place worth visiting!

Im sad to rate this store so low but Ive been a customer for years and have watched the staff get more and more uppity and rude. Not a problem if I go by myself I usually know what I want. But, recently I went in with my little daughter (I wouldnt do this normally but I needed something!) and they were not at all tolerant of her 3 year oldness. She was being more rambunctious than usual granted, but there was nothing broken or harmed. We were shown intolerance and even open impatience when I asked for help finding what I needed in the interest of getting in and out quickly. Obviously the women there did not have kids but I expected more, I dont know, kindness maybe...Not only that but they overcharged me by $30 and I did not notice until after putting my daughter in the car. So of course I had to drag her and myself (the last thing I wanted was to go back in there) through the rain, back into the store to get the charge reversed. Only to be sneered at and have my receipt dropped on the counter with an unfelt sorry after the refund was processed.I have spent literally thousands of dollars at this store over the past ten years and now I will never go back.They have nothing I cant get cheaper online without being subjected to their mean attitude and the sour feeling I have had in my gut ever since Tuesday.I hope someone who works there reads this; Your store will go out of business if you treat customers this way.

Like anyplace that takes your money - theyre more than decent and accomodating that way...that is when you want to spend money ...The individual sales staff very helpful....But for the administrators...look for them to help you OUT beyond just coming in and buying stuff? ....and its an entirely different story....inconsistent policies and stories ..lol. Boston/Cambridge and New England a very clannish and relatively stuck up geographical district in general -a well known hallmark. I like to do my research on Amazon and buy there...not my first choice but..And occasionally buy a few loose herbs at this place if im in the area -just because they are available here -But if im not buying from a huge cooperation/enterprise i look for places that look out for me!

Bulk herbs are the best-kept secret around. Pay pennies for herbs and spices that would cost many dollars in the supermarket. You can also save 20% by pre-ordering tea and herbs by the pound, a fantastic deal.

Great selection of everything you could possibly want. Personally I only get my teas and various vitamins from this location, but they have great food, yoga supplies, chocolate, candles, the list goes on.

I always feel a bit out of my element in places such as this. So many different names, products, alternative ways to address challenges and needs...plus some teas, beauty supplies. People who work here uniformily open, willing to offer advice. Going in here is as pleasant as it is, for me, ok where do I start? I know..part of challenge is consumers are trained by a general rule of thumb, that the more something costs the higher the quality (rightly or wtongly). So here you might want a vitamin and the cost can vary wildly and you dont know the brands...do you decide to just spend more then? Staff here...they help you w this.

I came to buy CBD oil for the first time. The man at the counter (I forget his name) was very knowledgeable and generous with his time—he talked me through all of the different options and helped me find an oil product that was best for me!

Super convenient, decent selection despite the size, but a bit overpriced. I understand that given the location, and I go there all the time, but still. They will however order bulk and custom items for you.

The bulk herbs are at good prices here. You can buy chamomile, turmeric, nettle, ashwagandha, Reishi, etc in bulk. Most of their products are expensive, but their bulk herbs are worth buying. They also have really good CBD options, vitamins, and supplements, and it is good to support local farms and stores.

Huge selection of quality products and they sell herbs in bulk here. Found it hard to get any shopping help until I was checking out but they were busy.

If I could give zero or negative stars I would. I have literally spent thousands of dollars here not even hundreds and have referred numerous people there. I used the CBD oil in the plus brand gold and have referred many people there for the product. I have gone out of my way to try and help my clients and go to Cambridge Naturals myself for clients UNTIL TODAY! I WILL NEVER BE SHOPPING THERE EVER AGAIN FOR ANY REASON. I bought the CBD oil in a different denomination and it had fillers in it and I experienced a full anaphylliatic reaction. No fault to CN. The fact that I went in and asked for an exchange (not even my money back) and had to tell my story to 3 people. The manager who I dont even know his name chose to remain corporate and stick to the policy strictly and not honor my request for a simple exchanging the oil. I stood there scratching and itchy watching him smirck at me while he continued to tell me he wouldnt help me due to company policy. I will be buying ALL of my stuff online from here forward. NOT FROM CN FOR SURE NOT! People make businesses personal and know when to do the right thing ethically/ morally and not corporately. In the day and sge oc tbe internet small businesses go under from the convenience and ease of shopping online. Its definitely there loss as I will be telling the 5 people i have already referred there NOT TO GO AND WHY. I will do all I can to make sure no one ever goes there by my referral. They just permanently LOST ME, a loyal dedicated 5+ year customer, BAD BUSINESS CHOICE CN YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED.

Everything up to check out was uneventful and pleasant. During check out casheirs werer chit chating and goofing off which allowed for a very impatient person who appeared to be running a con to be serviced before me who had also cut the line. Suffice to say that person did not buy anthing. If i really didnt need my items i would of left them. I am sure that guy stole something. Oops girls.
