A jewelry store that cant resize a ring band... not much of a jeweler to me if you want real work done best go somewhere els.

I am so disappointed in the Cambridge, Ohio store. I sent a mothers ring away for sizing that I have had for over 10 years, and it came back stretched paper thin, misshapen and missing a stone. When I returned the ring to the store the very next day, they acted as if I had somehow damage the ring. It was sent away to be repaired and came back still misshapen and stretched paper thin. I had sent this same ring away through this same store 5 or 6 years ago to have a 1/2 shank put on the ring because I wear it every single day so I cant have the band paper thin.When they sent it away for the 2nd time it came back again exactly as it had left.... paper thin and misshapen. I have now dealt with this ring being sent back-and-forth to repair 4 times and it is still paper thin and misshapen! I have spoken with their corporate office who has acknowledged the problems and apologized to me saying that when it was sent away the 2nd time they forgot to repair the ring and reshsank it as it had been originally. They have also acknowledged that there is a serious problem with their repair department yet the only remedy they continue to offer is to keep sending the ring BACK AGAIN. They have had me send this back-and-forth as I said 4 times and are now AGAIN asking me to send it back to their repair dept. I have been without my ring for months in total and all they will say is that they are embarrassed and they apologize. I am attaching pictures of how the ring has come back to me each time its been sent away.I have been a loyal customer of Kay jewelers for probably 30 years! My entire family has shopped at Kays since before they were even Kays and were called Rogers jewelry store in this town, and this is how they treat a loyal, faithful customer.
