I purchased a mattress from these people, which is advertised to keep its strength and firmness for over 20 years. Well, after five years it grew very soft and offers no support. I contacted the store and they asked me a bunch of questions and promised to do something. I followed up and they said they would get back to me. This went on for over six months before they stopped responding to emails and stopped returning my calls.In short, their mattresses are poor quality, customer service is lacking, and they do not honor their guarantees.
