I literally came running in the door the same minute they closed! From the cashier (Wendy) to the 2 gentlemen (Kevin and ?) helping me, I cannot THANK you enough! I needed a hot water tank, fittings. They never made me feel like I was an inconvenience and kept reassuring me that it was fine. I was crying as I walked out the door, happy tears! God Bless you all and customer service has never been so appreciated!

Have always had what I needed

The store was much better when Mr. Mc Coy was at the helm. They have strayed away from there roots. There trying to be a big box store. Only few employees have true hardware working hardware knowledge.

Dropped a window off a while ago to have new glass put it in, finally asked what was going on because we never received a call about it. Now our window is “lost” 🤔 Won’t be going there again, or purchasing our new window from them.

I knew they would have what I needed. Everyone there was cordial and helpful. When I couldnt find an it they walked me right to it and waited to make sure it was what I was looking for. Dont get this type of care and service at a big box storePrices are very competitive with the big volume stores too. If you want friendly fast excellent service with very close pricing I say go to Orms and dont wander around in big box store with help not easy to find or get.

Been shopping at Ormes for 41 years. Before it was moved to its current location. I spend a good bit here every year. This year alone almost 500.00.But I have never been treated so badly as I was today.I rented a carpet machine took it home and it was leaking fluid every where. Oh well I’ll drive it all the way back and get another, they did no problem. Inconvenience, and out some gas money oh well.Then I returned the machine only to be charged 20.00 for not cleaning. I did clean it, honest, but I guess I didnt open up every nook and cranny and there was some debris under the flap on top. The young lady who inspected it wasn’t that nice and honestly I should have taken my finger and wiped it out. I missed one little spot, the tanks were washed very well.The young girl who inspected is usually at the counter, and seems more interesting in talking to friends than working, and more than once I have seen her sort of walk away when people walk in.I will now shop more at Moore Brothers Hardware in Byesville, and recommend others to do the same.

This is a store that has, for the most part, any home improvement items needed not for the commercial. Associates are helpful but not knowledgeable. So do your research before going and some items may be out of stock.Nothing stood out as this should be the first store I should visit.

I went there to have keys made for my car and the employee cut on my original key! What was supposed to be a 10 minute job, took nearly two hours and they still charged me!

Friendly customer service.

I was waiting by the counter for UPS drop off. Three employees walked by me none of them asked if they could help me, none asked if they could get me somebody who could help me. I also inquired about getting an electronic key fob. The person who tried to help just did not know enough and was not of any help.
