Short version: There are better ice cream/yogurt spots.Long version: Would give this a one star rating but the manager did end up giving me a micro ice cream at the end of our conversation. I know other places that are doing samples but they arent so I had to order an entire yogurt (which tasted aweful) without even trying it. I went back to just toss it but then asked for at least half a refund but she refused and I said Ill take a micro ice cream. I felt like if I was paying 7 bucks for something I needed to walk out with something at least. She gave me a hard time and said I was being rude. I disagree, I was giving you my honest feedback on a product you serve. You should really do samples youre serving ice cream anyway whats the difference. I wanted to comprise and meet in the middle somewhere but she was being very unprofessional. By the end of it she said she would have given me a refund if I was nice about it. When in the start of our conversation she was adamant about not giving me a refund/ making me pay for another yogurt/ice cream. I was just giving my honest opinion. There is zero need to lie.
I was so excited to try this place, but very dissatisfied. The original flavor tasted like it was weeks old, the service was rude, and none of the toppings were labeled so you weren’t sure what was what. Definitely won’t come back
Went to to get a couple frozen yogurts. I’ll never get why places like this don’t let you out on your own toppings. and weigh them out like menchies. We barely got any topping and the yogurt itself was the worst i’ve had, along with not great service we will just be making the drive to somewhere else next time.
Oreo cheesecakes are amazing. Best fro-yo place in the town!
The cardomom flavor is one to skip.
Not only she was giving me this as a waffle... But when I rightfully asked for a new one, she got upset.. And on top of that because I just hate to waste food a d offer to pay to get it she screamed when the colleague was handing it to me... Very rudely.... Never apologized for making a messy wafle to a customer.... And made sure to tell the colleague obviously very uncomfortable at this point to charge me full price.... Please dont come to this location.. This is not first incident
LOVE this place! DELICIOUS yogurt, ice cream (yes they have regular ice cream now too!), milkshakes, sundaes, cookies, and amazing homemade toppings. Best of all, going here supports a small, local, independently owned business. Go here instead of franchise chains!
Try their unique and yummy green tea yogurt smoothie or the rich salted caramel milk shake.Ive never been to a place where the difference of a yogurt smoothie and a milk shake is so noticeable. Both are very good, they are just very different in taste and texture. This place is clean, well lit. The noise level fluctuates with the number of youngsters.
The afternoon treat for our office is this creamy, tangy, yummy frozen yogurt. We love the interesting flavors and vanilla is usually available as well. Now they are serving regular ice cream as well. An amazing number of toppings will please everyone.Summer is almost here so cool off with BerryLine.
I come here practically every week. The frozen yogurt they make is really good. They vary their flavor pallet every week with new and inventive entries, while always including their excellently balanced original tart flavor. Toppings are just as in any other frozen yogurt place, though here they have some homemade additions that are worth trying out, including homemade mochi.
Fresh fruits, not too much sugar... and they have great waffles too! What is missing? Good Coffee. But i am probably asking for way too much.
The girl who works here (she’s probably in her early/mid 20s, skinny & usually has long fake nails) is really rude. Not polite to customers at all & this place is really expensive. It’s a cool little shop to come by once in a while.. but the girl working there really turned me off. And of course.... if you’re driving here 90% of the time there’s no parking. Which isn’t the stores fault but it makes it difficult coming here.
Great friendly frozen yogurt and ice cream shop. Everything is delicious. Wish they had more flavors for the frozen yogurt.
Delicious and cool, always a welcome treat branching from ice cream. Fresh and flavorful with ample variety.
Favorite place for desert. The original froyo is the best, little sweet anda little tart, you can add toppings like the freshly made mochi and the fresh fruits. Is open until 11 pm during summer.
I go here often with my grandson and he loves it. However I find the yogurt too sour and already kind of melted when they hand it to you. And like everything in Cambridge its overpriced.
Amazing froyo. I dont usually like the original flavor other places, but I love theirs. Definitely go for the cheesecake bites topping.
This place saved me quite a few when I had the munchies at night. Staff is friendly and the choices are quite delicious.
If you miss Pinkberry, this place could be an alternative.
My FAVORITE place to get ice cream. Great flavors and lots of options for toppings. I hear the froyo is delicious too and made in-house.
Lavender-Honey frozen yogurt with fresh kiwi....AMAZING!
Hands down the best froyo in the Boston area. Lots of great toppings available along with a variety of other delicacies, including ice cream, waffles, smoothies, and more. Location can get a bit crowded on weekends, but well worth the wait.
Best frozen yogurt in cambridge, and the toppings are great! reasonably priced too
The green tea frozen yogurt is next level. Also the people behind the counter are friendly, cool, and attractive :) Very grateful this place exists.
Everything taste good here. On the weekends, expect a line because their stuff has crack in it.
My favorite local foryo place! Smoothies, waffles, ice cream, tea, sundaes, they have if all.
Berryline is so much better than PinkBerry. Its mangoes are really fresh, and they definitely cut them at the store. The people who work there are really nice and it has a great atmosphere. It is a fun place to go with friends and has a nice vibe
Great ambience and music. Amazing ice cream and froyo.
Lots of flavor and topping options
Good yogurt. A bit pricey, but not unreasonable. Friendly staff.
Its just so good. Too good to write about, just go and try it.
They have rotating flavors every week, so effectively their flavors are different every month.
There is a wait, and it is a little expensive, but I cant argue with best froyo in the city... seriously, this place is great. I take friends here all the time when they visit.
Great frozen yogurt place!
Great little place for tasty froyo
After visiting the Harvard Museum, this was the perfect spot to rest (and get a little treat too)
This is my favorite yogurt place in the boston/cambridge area. The toppings are all homemade and delicious! The servings are large and they let you sample as much as you want.
I love Berryline—theres really nothing like it. On top of their great rotating seasonal flavors, you cant go wrong with the original tart. Theyve always got homemade toppings, like mochi, granola, and marbled brownies. Other toppings range from fruit and nuts to waffle cone bits and Taza chocolate. Will always support this local business over places like Pinkberry.
Really friendly staff, excellent flavors of froyo, solid toppings selection, and fair prices. What more can you ask for?
The yogurt is tasty but the selection isnt great and they often lack fruit toppings.
Best frozen yogurt in all of Boston.
Love Berryline! The Black Cherry is amazing and the original always a great choice. They make their own Michu and it is delicious. They also have the best gummi Bears for a topping. Sometimes it will depend on the flavor offerings, but I think the Harvard Square Berryline is friendlier.
I had a horrible experience a this berryline. We went in and bought a yogurt, however only one of the people we came in with bought a yogurt. The man working took a minute to come out of the back and then helped our friend. After that we were sitting with her while she ate her yogurt and he kicked us out for not more then one person buying a yogurt. I have nevere experienced such a rude experience. He had horrible customer service and I will not return because of that. We visited the shop at 2:30 on Saturday February 8th.
Ever since I found this place, I refused to go anywhere else for froyo. Hands down the best.
Never get a milkshake, they suck and they never fill the ice cream cup up enough, the frozen yogurt is good tho
It was cool
This place tastes so good!
Interesting flavors.
Best place on earth!

Fro yo for you and everybody
