I have been a Speedway customer for many years. I have accumulated over 6000 points on their rewards program. I am leaving Speedway because of their new Credit Card program that requires you to give them your banking information ant state license information. This is an industry that could not protect their major east coast pipeline from being hacked and they want me to give them my confidential finance information. ask T-Mobile, Home Depot and TJX how that went?I will willing pay more money per gallon to protect my financial information AND YOU SHOULD TOO!Im voting with my feet!

Speedway always has a clean store and really good deals inside their store.
Tried 3 pumps before we found one that works. Also lost $6 on the air pump, which only put out short bursts of air and made our tires flatter. Made it super unsafe for us to drive to a better station.

Credit card machines don’t work. Then you have to hold the pump while you fill because the latch to hold it pumping is broken.

This is a terrible gas station, it was impossible to get gas. Tried 4 different pumps, all failed because of a variety of reasons, holds placed on my accounts.
I filled my car up and went in to just go pee and the dude there yells bathrooms closed its 9pm nowhere near closing time. And he complains to me hes been there since 5am . OK I didnt make your schedule. Im a paying customer. I could understand if I walked in 10:20 but thats an hour an a half away..
I bought gas. Cheap Gas around, you need to be lucky to be able to use the facility. They judge you ( may be by your look, color etc.)
Gas stations in the Boston area generally suck. Speedway 2055 Mass. Ave. is no exception. Broken pumps, no air, loud video ads, dysfunctional layout. Punishment for trying to get gas in Cambridge, I guess.
Needed air in my tires. Go in to get $2 worth of quarters. When I told the attendant what I needed, she snarkily replied if she has them (quarters). Mind you, I told her I was using the stores air machine outside. THEN I asked how much the jackpot total was. This was only to determine which of the two, mega or power ball I wanted to play. She replied snarkily again that it was either $1 or $2. Again, I asked how much was the jackpot total. Again....either $1 or $2. I glanced over to someone who almost looked like a supervisor/manager at the other register. He could even read on my face I was puzzled why the question was so hard for this attendant to understand. After the third time asking how much was the jackpot total and her giving me this alien stare; I looked at the both and just said, Nevermind! Geesh! Really? Service is everything, I dont care how cheap your product is!

I was there this morning to buy a coffee and fill up on fuel, and for the simple fact of lowering my masks a little, the young woman who was attending the same with an inappropriate attitude, unprofessional she lacked to give me a peel and to top it off when I claimed that Because that attitude told me to pay for the coffee and not to return to the store the patan that accompanies him instead of mediating or correcting does the same I am sure that the owners of that business do not know the behavior of those 2 few tremendous professional customer services I dont lose fuels every day and I never go back to a speedy establishment ... hopefully and this comments I reached the owner because if that treatment is common, what a shame ... they lost me as a customer
