Nice people hot coffee & the exact brand of cigars I wanted

Ordered 3 scrapple sandwiches with only cheese. They repeated back ok 3 scrapple egg and cheese sandwiches. I said no 3 scrapple sandwiches no egg only cheese. They said ok. I show up 18mins later. I received my sandwiches and paid 4 dollars per sandwich. I checked them in my vehicle. No cheese on any sandwich instead its 3 scrapple egg with no cheese sandwiches. I take it back in after all Im only looking for 3 slices of cheese to correct this. I tell them the sandwiches were made wrong politely. The employees stare at me like I just lost my mind. They then both insist that I ordered wrong and will not fix my 12+ dollar order because of covid. So I paid for scrapple that tasted like it was cooked an hour ago with egg that feels like a dock net with the flavor of one too. Never eating from here or getting gas here again Ill go across the street and so will all my friends and family. The cooks need to humble themselves they arent Gordon Ramsay its ok to mess up we are all people but this was disrespectful

First time here. I called my order in at 7:15pm on a Saturday evening. I was told that it would be 23 minutes. I arrived at the store at 7:40pm. I paid for my food then walked over to the deli and waited,and waited, and waited. At 8:17pm the young white lady said to me that I am very patient. I said that I wasnt because I want a refund. She asked me what did I order and what was the name on it. I gave her the info and she went into the deli to inquire about my order. She found my order and gave it to me. That rude cook never ever called my name. The shrimp and fries were cold and soggy. I spoke to her when I first walked in and she never replied. I understand that she was back there cooking by herself and may have been a but overwhelmed, but that doesnt warrant such poor customer service and nasty attitude. I will not return until their service improves. Anyone inquiring about this place, take my advice and go somewhere else. Very, very disappointing.

Horrible service. Worst subs in town get better subs for better price at veronas pizza ziya carmelas the deli market or even dominos and better service with better attitudes.

Ordered a cheesesteak sub today and Watched the cook go in the freezer to get a bag of onions. Came out did not change the glove and proceeded to handle my sub roll with the same nasty gloves she opened the door with. She also handled the cheese that she put on the steak on the grill. I spoke to the deli manager ...let’s see if anything changes at PEP UP at 2910 Ocean Gateway - Cambridge, MD. Will never go there again.

Used to love this place stopped there 3-4 days a week to get something hot to eat since Im a truck driver theres not many good options out there but for about the last two months this place has gone down the tubes called one night and was put on hold stayed on hold from Hebron until I arrived at the store in Cambridge only to be told the grill was now closed then last week I tried to order a pizza at 8:50 pm and was told no hot food after 8:45 pm so tonight I called at 8:20pm on a Friday night and was told the grill was off I could only get cold food rediculas place didnt close until 10:00 pm 8:20 on a Friday and cant order hot food somebody should really look into organizing this place it used to be good really sad.

Best subs in town. Great hard working gals I’d give them a 5 atleast1000 times but the totally screwed the order up. Get home to trappe. Totally mixed up the subs. Wasn’t even busy today ppl maybe? So I call and they say bring them back and receipt. It’s not like I’m down the road. Smh whatever. Just salty customer service. I’ll be back but I’ll check it next time

Third time coming, to have my propane filled the lady will not take the time to fill my tank and gives excuses, that dont add up when. The other two employees fill it no problem, very rude, will be calling Corp.

Abolutely horrible experience, ordered some subs and the woman (clearly strung out on hard street drugs) was extremely rude. You could tell she wasnt in the mood to lift a finger for anyone or anything. Took a half hour to make our food and when I picked it up it was completely wrong. Id rather eat placenta than ever consider coming back to this horrible place. Completely and utterly appaled.

They refill propane tanks for RVs.

They got me twice and thats it..terrible customer service.waited 1/2 hour for food I called in,finally walked out and went to arbys..what a joke.
