Fantastic Cosignment boutique. My very lovely wife died last year of Covid 19. She had amazing gorgeous clothes that Rasberry Beret accepted on consignment. Patricia was nowhere near her clothes when she got sick. If you like very groovy style post punk, Go Go dresses, Long Brocade jackets etc. Go shopping here ASAP!!!Avoid Dissapointment and future regrets!Shop Rasberry Beret! Youll be glad you do!!!
It’s a very specific style and it’s not mine. For lower end stuff that is not really in style, the prices are high and the selection is…well, disappointing. Not sure who shops here for clothes but you can score a win with the odd vintage accessory. Otherwise it’s acrylic sweaters and Michael Kors bags, which, again, it’s just not for me.
Very overpriced. Manager was extremely rude… Unfortunate. Not worth giving business.Try reflections concord or lemon tree goods Natick - both have Kind staff, higher quality trendy clothes and great service!!
Came by at 11.05 and the store was closed, waiting a little while then left. It’s disappointing, seems business hours don’t mean much. Strange, especially as they had a sale going on.
Cute little shop offering women and men’s clothing in Cambridge. Staff were friendly and welcoming as well as a very nice selection of clothes. A bit pricey but understandably so because they have quality items vintage and new. Great for a drop in on weekends. I live a bit far away but I can honestly say it was worth the trip.
Post covid update: I love this place! Its funky and you can find cool pieces… some of my favorite statement belts and hats have come from this place. They have a basement with shoes ( think Frye ) and vintage stuff. They also sell fabric masks in case youre committed to looking cute while being safe and responsible.
This place is fun with a wide variety of items, including shoes, clothing, and seasonal accessories.Staff is professional and accomodating, knowledgeable.Things are set up for a healthy environment during the pandemic.
Size 12 is the top of their size range. There are lots of other things to buy (jewelry, accessories, etc) but for those of us size 14-16, 18 no clothing. A well run, thoughtfully curated store that I wish carried my size.
Over priced...thrift (Consignment)Great stuff but you can find better at Savers, Boomerang, or Goodwill trust me. Location Location...
When the shop first opened up I was skeptical of another overpriced a clothing store in Cambridge but I was wrong its all consigned items but they all look brand-new and even the top name brands have affordable prices and the clothes are so cute and different one of a kind. Plus is the girl that works here is so cute and sweet and friendly
Favourite consignment in Boston area. Have got amazing vintage clothes there! Also consign stuff there and its a great deal. Very upscale for a good price! Highly recommend.
I purchased a fur coat here, when I got home I realized it had a stain. I returned a month later asked if they could recommend a furrier since there is a no returns policy. Matthew proceeded to berate me and tell me it was my fault for not looking first and tell me how I needed to be a better customer and not buy stained items. I mean, what?! I asked him again for a recommendation and he got so upset and yelled at me and another customer in the store left, as did I and my companion. I called repeatedly asking to speak to a manager but always the same man answered, no manager was ever available, I assume this was Matthew. My last resort is to message them on Instagram. I make a comment, they ask me for a direct message, and then ignore me for weeks. I finally bombard them with comments and after MONTHS of trying to get in touch someone responds. They then defend Matthews behavior, tell me they wont give a refund, accuse me of making up the whole scenario, and tell me to not harass them. UNREAL!So I guess if you make a purchase and leave quietly, you get good service. Should you have a question (and again, I never requested a refund) you will be ignored and berated. Happy shopping!
Cute store with some amazing stuff! I always have to stop by when Im in the area. Helpful and friendly staff too.
They have really cool, unique clothes. Its like a high end shift shop
Great consignment store! Wide selection of merchandise and run by super friendly people. Bought my favorite cowboy boots there. Come to think of it, many of my favorite wardrobe items were purchased there. Prices are reasonable and always a fun shopping experience!
While most vintage stores focus on the 40s 50s and 60s, it seems that Raspberry Beret specializes in the all-together funky and unique. Comb the rows of fun jackets, pants, scarves, hats and jewelry from the later decades (70s 80s and 90s). On several occasions Ive found great pieces that are easy to work into an otherwise modern wardrobe. Plus, theres a good selection of larger plus sizes (at least more than Ive found than in other vintage and consignment stores in Cambridge). Also, if youre looking for a fun event idea, this shop does private events for birthday, bachelorette parties, etc where you can get a discount based on the number of people in your party. If you bring in 10 people, you get 10% off and if its 20 people you get 20% off, etc. Awesomeness.
My first time shopping here and I was really impressed by the quality of the clothing, range of styles, sizes, quality, and general atmosphere of the shop. I found some pants and accessories--mostly between $10-$20, the designer stuff can range from $60-$90. Items are rotated every 60 days so nothing has a musty smell or feels out of touch.
This shop has allot to choose from in all styles, definitely a larger women’s selection but hidden gems downstairs for men to check out. Great local artist made jewelry and items also.
Nicest people work here, and are incredibly helpful and eccentric! Also a great selection of clothes and not too expensive. Definitely stop by here BEFORE Urban Outfitters, Anthro etc, and you might be able to find just as nice stuff for less money and more socially and environmentally conscious!
Great shop, good prices, friendly service. Really wonderful vibe during my experience there
My favorite store! Better than any of the second time arounds-- I can still spend over an hour in there, but its fun instead of overwhelming, and I leave more excited about what I got. Similar selection, but condensed, thoughtful layout, always always fresh and inspired. I always oggle the new eye-candy displayed in the window if I pass it and its closed. 😃 Matthew is the best!!!! Be anyone, go in there for anything, leave with the sense that you just made a new best friend along with some functional, stylish purchases. Best shopping experiences ever here. ❤
A really great consignment store.
Great place! Nice staff, love it!
Yes, you will likely have the eponymous Prince song stuck in your head upon hearing the store name. The store itself is just as (or perhaps even surpasses) the funkiness of its namesake.Come here for vintage and modern consignment shopping at pretty reasonable prices. Everything from coats to dresses to belts and jewelry, and maybe something a little in between. Its a great place to stop if youre shopping along Mass Ave between Porter & Harvard squares in Cambridge. Also! Apparently you can host shopping parties there, and based on how many guests you pack into the store, all guests receive a discount. It would be a cool idea for a lower-key bachelorette party or girls night out, if youre into that kind of thing.
Great place for shopping vintage clothing. Mostly caters to women though
A bit smaller than I had expected, but a lovely place to go for vintage pieces at a bargain :)
The shopkeeper lady is so rude. Basically the shop is full of junk. Waste of time.
Great place, sales there are good, its very fun, very nice stuff, and really nice people work there.
I consign and sell jewelry and clothing here. Nice staff.
Great shop with an awesome selection!!
Alright, Raspberry Berret! Take all my money please
Nicely curated collection, decent prices
