Super cute coffeeshop/cafe inside Lamplighter Brewing. They make a mighty delicious americano (my coffee drink of choice) that is both smooth and rich. I’ve heard the cold brew is also really good here. Can’t wait to come back to try the food- it all looks fab!
Be warned: they dont have the breakfast tacos anymore! But its still good coffee and a nice atmosphere.
$4 Tacos that are artfully created, reasonably substantive, and paired with a great cold brew for $3.50 makes for a nice brunch that rivals Lone Star over on Cambridge Street... but which can be had without sit down service. A great pairing for Lamplighter. Thanks for the free, accessible water too.
Coffee shop by day and bar by night? Why cant NJ have nice things like this
Excellent coffee. Generous setup (lots of room to accommodate the beer crowd). The tacos are spendy but freshly made and delicious.Kudos for reserving some of the space for no-laptops. Less than five stars as they used to ban cell phone use and now theyve given up and there are people left and right doing 0:30 conference calls at the counter without even buying a cup of coffee. Apparently John and Kelly arent supportive of a medical rep on each molecule to support sales.
Wonderful food coffee
I love their coffee and pre-covid breakfast tacos
Tacos were good, not great. Cold brew as always was awesome. Do I wish Longfellow was still here? Yes. Will I give pepitas another go? Yes.
Not the place to go if you want a coffee and some breakfast. It is extremely pricey and the quality of food and coffee was EXTREMELY POOR. The coffee was actually almost as bad as the breakfast tacos. I’m shocked the FDA hasn’t stepped in
$ for pound the most expensive pumpkin bread you will ever find. Very average coffee shop capitalizing on the above average space of lamplighter. I wish everyday that longfellows was still here.
Carnitas breakfast tacos are great
Extremely overspiced tacos. I dont like to feel like Im dying from pure heat and chipotle mayonnaise in the morning.
Every day is “Taco Tuesday” here and I’m in heaven
