HAD THE PLEASURE OF SPEAKING WITH ANIKA DEFINITELY THE BEST PLACE TO PURCHASE HARVARD GEAR👍🌹!!!
Great items. Friendly staff. Loved the sign giving information about the current cashier being a student and her concentration and other fun facts. Great touch! My son loves to learn about her. We especially loved the cute photo op! His imagination of being a Harvard student has definitely become more clear with this photo!
Fabulous apparel and holding up for 10 plus years! T-shirt, sweatshirt and sun visor which was in great shape until our new dog decided to chew it’s! Still in decent condition, considering..... need to order another one though!
Repeat customer. This is one of the only places I go while attending school for a wode variety of items. Never been dissatisfied. The student discount really eases the prices.
Too expensive
Terrible customer service. My first order arrive incomplete by them telling me notebooks & a long sleeved T shirt are out of stock. This only after I sent several emails that took days to answer. It still took a follow up email one month later to get 2 notebooks! Fast forward another month & I STILL dont have my T shirt. This store is a poor excuse for an actual retail business & the lazy manner in which orders are tracked is a shame to the Harvard name. I will never order from this place again.
Great baby and toddler selection! And I found the perfect sweater for myself. Best part it’s entirely student run. They do a fantastic job.
People are so true.1.Over priced (rather buy New Era hats on Amazon and better shirts on Macys)2. Rude staffCame all the way from Australia and one of the staff (fat man around 30s-40s) just pushed me because I was on his way. He could have just said Excuse Me at least..very rude seems like he doesnt want to work or doesnt want any visitors. Shouldve gone to Yale.

It’s a fairly sized store with large variety of souvenirs, mostly clothing though, but there’s a large selection depending on price and quality, which is nice and very friendly staff members.

Nobody at the counter when we arrived in the store. Nice selection of stuff but then the credit card that was accepted everywhere else in New York and Boston was refused. The explanation that it happens sometimes was not good enough. The attitude / arrogance of the assistant did not help as well. Either figure out why some cards are being refused - its a problem with your bank - or make it clear this could happen and suggest cash only.
Good selection of Harward merchandise plus the store had an AC which was nice
The shop was open but nobody was there. I waited for 10 minutes inside...but nothing. I wanted to spend some money but I couldnt because the shop was empty. One of the most embarrassing way to manage a business.
Its a cool CO-OP. They have all kinds of stuff, from your classic Tee to children clothing or a Vitorinox pocket knife.
My credit card wasnt accepted which was problematic. Apparently their card machine sometimes does this so perhaps take some cash.
Staff in the store is not aware of current inventory in store or online; orders placed online have had delay issues which the company faults due to its system. Told an item I order was not available, but it is still for sale online. Still in disbelief that anyone associated with Harvard runs this organization.
I have been absolutely happy with the things I have bought at the Harvard Shop. They are of good quality and they have excellent service. I also like the fact that it helps the students.
HORRIBLE! Drove around looking for parking for about 40 minutes until I found a spot 1/4 Mile away. Meter only took a maximum of one hour so I had to hustle. Got to the shop and looked for the items my daughters wanted. Both of the items were listed as being on sale online but in store they were full price. When I inquired the salesman said Shop prices are Shop prices online prices are online prices.
A small shop with lots of Harvard souvenirs but not many sizes for kids. The staff who are students are very friendly. The only issue is that everything is very expensive. For example, most t-shirts sell for $15-$20 but The Harvard Shop sells their tees for anywhere from $25 to $35. Now thats expensive.
Amazing Harvard merchandise but at exorbitant prices...
Local shop with local Harvard apparel entirely run by students. Not only is the quality great, but when you make a purchase, you also support students. Now isnt that swell.
Was looking for baby gift and girlfriend gift and they were missing both size.
Overpriced place... Materials are of average quality
Stock between Harvard shop’s is all surprisingly low.
Interesting building with food court
So costly..but worth
Not many things to buy
Very friendly staff
Very good!!!
Like it..
I liked the place. I just thought you have few options.
Overpriced souvenir shop with the typical merch nonsense. The only useful ones are the sweaters and those with screen printing are not available for less than $ 99 Made in China. Disappointing range.
Great experience in the store. The clerk very kind and friendly. We went looking for the authentic Harvard shirt and we were delighted with the treatment received
A typical merchandising store where you can buy typical clothes from that famous University. The prices are expensive compi it is to be expected but they are not copies of what you find at kicks.
Very large sizes
Expensive
