Lovely staff! Very one-on-one oriented compared to the traditional retail experience. The bag I bought is also my new favorite.

I purchased a $200 dollar jacket from this store the first week of July. A simple rain jacket. I realized after purchasing that a button on the bottom was missing a week later (I wore it once). I took it back to the store and the people were nice and they said the button would be fixed free of charge in a place they send it to nearby. It was a button, just needed the part put on, no stitching. It’s been nearly 6 weeks and I finally called them and they said “oh we must have forgotten,” then said “oh it shipped yesterday,” mind you I literally got the shipping notification after calling and having them call their person who was supposed to send it. It’s $200 dollar rain jacket worn once. They could have replaced the jacket and had this one fixed and it would have been the same. I may be an anomaly because they seem nice but this wasn’t a good experience.

Good store. Didnt have to buy anything this trip. But the staff knew their stuff when it came to outdoor subjects.

Although I didnt have the heart to buy anything this time around my trip to this store was great. Staff seemed knowledge and was super friendly. I did try something on for future considerations and was impressed with the quality and fit. I was also told that the item I tried on was going into quarantine! ...poor slacks haha. Anyway - highly recommend this place if staying warm in style is your aim.

Great customer service at this small, but well stocked outpost. The coats seem to be high-quality although at full price you pay a significant amount. We were exchanging a coat purchased on line. It has to be handled as a new purchase of the replacement coat and thenMailing in the old coat as a separate return. The store representative walked us through the process and gave us a substitute mailing label. Very efficient.

This is a clothing store-period. No gear-zero.

Came here to get my daughter a bag and it was a great experience. I didn’t know anything about the brand and the staff explained everything to us. The best part is that the bags have warranty’s. We went back to the store a few days ago and got my 4 year old and myself a bag. I love my bag the colors are amazing.There is on street parking with meters.The store has a really cool display wall with bags.Staff are knowledgeable and very friendly!Will be going back to get my nieces some bags next week.

This is such a nice store! I love the aesthetic of both the decor and the clothing. Its got a cozy/outdoorsy/mountaineering feel to it.Have been here a couple times and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They really know their products and dont push you to purchase anything. Much appreciated!The gear is quality, but pricey. Suggestion is to wait for a sale like Black Friday to get a solid discount and save yourself up to a couple hundred bucks.

Guys, the people at this store are awesome. They helped me find awesome boots and really went above and beyond to help me.

I wanted a new bag but I was very indecisive. The young woman who helped me was patient and very helpful. She went to fetch at least 10 different bags for me. Awesome service!

Good collection of bags, offer a student discount for cloth but not for classic pack bag.
