The store is beautiful and relaxing. The first contact with the sales team was gently welcoming. Reid was my sales representative who listened closely to my needs and addressed all of my concerns. I had a positive all around experience and purchased a wonderful Sleep Number bed. The other staff member was also extremely helpful with downloading an app on my cellphone. I was confident and very happy with my decision to purchase and look forward to my delivery and future contacts with the Sleep Number team.

Yessica made our Saturday! We came in not necessarily ready to buy, but just to browse. She was great, asked us a few questions that showed how clearly unprepared we were and kindly led us over to figure out our sleep numbers. From there, we were laughing and brainstorming over solutions for our various sleep concerns (my husband is fussiest sleeper to ever walk this planet and I can curl up in a corner and fall into a deep slumber). She was incredibly patient with our questions and gave us plenty of time to think and discuss by ourselves. We appreciated that consideration. Most impressive was the consultative aspect of the sale - she was honest about what was needed and what was unnecessary. Yessica and her manager, Mike, were great in ensuring that we felt good about the price point and all that it included. We are thrilled to get our bed in two weeks and will definitely be back to collect all the accessories (I might have succumbed to buying a tech-e pillow already. :))

Great sales people at this store and a very cool process for choosing a bed. But having spent a lot of money, I was really REALLY disappointed that the mattress wont arrive for several weeks. I sure wish theyd told me that before I paid $$$ upfront. I also wish there was better customer service when I call to find out why its taking so long. They really have no good answer for the loooooonnnnnngg delivery delay.Bottom line: dont bother going here if youre hoping to replace your mattress anytime soon!Follow up here: three weeks+ after my purchase and I still dont have the beds I ordered...

Mattresses are extremely comfortable and 25 year warranty is enticing. Staff are not pushy & are a wealth of information.
