I am not from the area but I stopped by when no shop in the area could help and this man is amazing very knowledgeable affordable and friendly. He was able to fix my brakes so I could return home across county right then and there. I sure wish more business men were as professional as he was!

Without question the best place to take your car. These guys were awesome!Extremely friendly, and did exactly what I wanted. They didn’t over charge me, fixed everything I wanted fixed and more. I forgot that I need to get my car re-inspected, so they asked if I wanted it to be able to pass, and fixed everything for almost no charge. When I picked up my car, they explained what future maintenance will be required, how much it’ll cost, and when it’ll need to happen.I’ll be going here for future maintenance, and you should as well.

Mahmoud will blow you away with his welcome (always including tea), as much as you will be amazed by his giant steel sculptures. Like all mechanics addressing modern cars, you may like his service or not (I did!). But the man is exceptional in every way, and you will only gain by visiting him.

I came here on a recommendation from a friend. The job was simple: change a headlight, replace a filter, and fix a wiper motor. The service was quick, turned around in two days. The owner was very friendly, until I popped the hood in the parking lot to take a look at the new wiper motors. Not being a mechanic, this is apparently an insult to mechanics. Despite this outburst, he charged a fair price, but I cant say Id go here again.

Gave me tea and chatted me up AFTER I had my oil change.Very polite, very hospitable, very affordable.EDIT: Came upon his confrontational nature when questioning his prices. Changed rating from 5 to 4 since the repairs are fast, but the mechanic is defensive.

I came in on Saturday morning and wanted to get a new battery put in. I decided to try this place out instead of going with my normal AAA person because a friend recommended him. I brought in a used battery from my previous car that was less than 6 months old. I wanted him to just go ahead and replace it, but he got really angry that I had brought my own. Apparently, he doesnt work with used parts. It turned out my used battery wasnt the right type and I didnt want to go out and buy another one and have to come back. I asked him how much it would just cost to put in a new one he quoted 160 (not great but not bad). I said ok I really needed it. After treating me like a child and belittling me, he ended up charging me 185 for a single battery. I read all the reviews about how fair and nice this mechanic was, but in my experience if you are a single women this is probably not the place for you. Lesson learned: if you need a new battery get if from the AAA service guys or go to Costco and they install it for free. Although others have had better, I wouldnt recommend this guy based on my experience. The upside I have a battery in my car that works, but that is all.

Very honest. When I took my car in to get my headlights changed, he missed one bulb. When I brought it to his attention, he fixed it right away, even giving me a free light bulb. He had every right to charge me extra but refused to take my money.

Honest, efficient, and timely, in the handful of times Ive been to Aladdin Auto Services, I can say I truly have never left unsatisfied. From the basic oil change to the larger engine work, I always received a fair deal and thorough attention to the details.

Came frome Virginia as a tourist, was asking the cost of oil change for RAV4. The receptionist become angry and ask me where are you from, then hang up the phone. Such a rude behaviour, what makes me so shocked... !!!

I recently took my car to Aladdin Auto Service after the brakes started making loud noises, and the owner, Mahmood, quickly diagnosed the problem as a seized caliper.The following day, he called me listing a bunch of repairs he wanted to do to the car. I asked for a subset of these repairs, at which point he became audibly annoyed and, after trying to pressure me into agreeing to more than I wanted, grudgingly agreed, quoting me a price.When I picked up the car, and he informed me that the repair had costed $200 more than the original estimate (of which I was never alerted). When I questioned what had caused the price difference, he started to get defensive and told me that he was the expert, and that I should take a class on car repair myself rather than question him. When I asked him to detail for me what he had done to the car (for my records), he became belligerent and complained that I was keeping him late at the shop (even though we had agreed to meet at that time beforehand, and I had arrived early). I insisted that he explain to me what I was paying for, and he very hastily explained the repairs (the receipt was illegible) and demanded my credit card.I am rating this experience 2 stars (rather than 1) because the problem seems to be fixed, for now. However, the owners behavior was unprofessional and unpleasant, and I will not be returning.
