Just stopped in today after a doctors appt. Had blood drawn. A bit dizzy so on phone with Husband to stay focused. I just walked in ( accidently without a mask) Instead of being asked nicely, I was yelled at to put a mask on. A bit uncalled for. I was extremely embarrassed. Everyone looked at me. Made me realize why I never shop there. I have a bad experience Everytime Im there. Really, the only being with great customer service is the cat.

I love this place. Great selection with pretty decent prices. Best of all, the staff is amazing. They are so helpful and will go above and beyond for you. The only way I would go to Home Depot for something is if they didnt have something I was after.

Words cant describe how amazing my experience was with this family owned store, second I got in, I was immediately helped with, got my key copied, took no more than a minute, and right out the door! Definitely will be coming back, the establishment has a very nice customer to employee bond, something you wont find at parkrose.

Not bad. Prices a little higher but it’s right next door. Employee’s always willing to help. They have a little of everything and sometimes will surprise you with that odd thing you were looking for.

I rented a U-Haul from Lutz yesterday. It is a super cute place I didnt realize existed, but now I would totally come back. The people who worked there were super friendly, nice, and easygoing. If I ever need a truck, or even some nails or something, I will come back in a heartbeat. If you want to support small businesses, please add Lutz to your list.

Lutz is a small local store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they dont have some things that a larger store might have. This trip I went to get one item which I knew that they had. My first visit they did not but I had a welcome coupon and got a free 5 gallon bucket. I will go back to shop as they are so close and a convient stop for me.

Honestly this is the BEST place to rent a Uhaul from period. The most flexible and friendly service ever! The customer service here is absolutely awesome! But I myself would never shop here. Don’t get me wrong I am an animal lover. But there’s a place for them, as a business owner you should be considerate of your customer. There are people out there that has a C.A.T phobia or allergic to them. Wonder what the heck the owner was thinking have a cat there, maybe these place is dirty and has mice running around that why they need a cat.

I love Lutz Hardware! I broke my sinks sprayer and the valve mechanism was stuck closed. Aaron helped me get the stuck valve out and cap off the bottom of the sink so I didnt need to get a new sprayer and valve from the company which would take 2 weeks! Great customer service and saved me time and money :-)

We have been here three times now and have had an excellent experience every time, especially the most recent.1. In March, we moved to Washougal and returned our U-Haul easily while they were closed, because they have a drop box.2. We purchased wood and some other hardware which all was decently priced and easy to find.3. Yesterday, we needed a LOT of wood and were also looking for a canvas type strap. The staff was very friendly in helping us find something to work, find LARGE pieces of wood for our projects, and they even let us borrow some ratchet straps since we forgot ours at home!Austin and Shawna were the most friendly and personable people we have dealt with at ANY store in a long time.Thank you Lutz team for a great, easy, and friendly experience every time we need to come in!-Darla and Anthony

Expect the item you want to be reasonable price because everything is... But beyond the expect to feel welcome and comfortable weather your a contractor or just someone doing a project they make you feel like that....If everyone ran there small company like the Lutz family those big box stores would go away....

The employees are so very courteous and helpful, if I lived many miles away, I would always come back. My expierence today with Zach was incredible!
