Good selection, even better customer service. The store is clean and attractive, and the atmosphere of the lounge is appealing. Though the prices are perhaps not the cheapest, the quality is exceptional. The staff are all knowledgeable and helpful. Love being able to support local!

Its was my first time into the establishment, and found it to be quite welcoming. The guy behind the counter (Mike, I believe his name is) was very helpful with recommendations and insights on different cigars/brands, and not one of those pushy sales guys who get cranky when you ask about a brand that they dont like. I will definitely be back to this store, even though it is on the opposite side of town from me. I will have to check out there Portland Oregon store that has the lounge as well. If you are a new cigar smoker definitely stop by and check it out, you wont be sorry.

Cigar shops in Vancouver is limited, so you dont have much of a choice. There selection is okay, but Ive seen better selections elsewhere. The prices are reasonable and the walk in humidor is well maintained. It can be uncomfortable, however, when the employee asks you if you need any help and you say No, thanks and they continue to loom over you in the walk in humidor. I understand that they obviously dont want to suffer from theft, but its a little uncomfortable. They do have security cameras, so Im not sure why its necessary. All it does is make me feel like I need to hurry up and choose my cigars and get out of there. This is my favorite place in Vancouver to get my cigars, but I dont go very often.

Very impressed with the service. There are pelenti of cigars to choose from. The owner of this location was extremely friendly and willing to devote the time to help me pick what I was looking for. Paul’s cigars has nothing on these guys.

This is the best spot for a man to purchase a good cigar in the area. Customer service is second to none, and the staff knows what they are talking about when they make recommendations.
