Great customer service. 2 people inside at a time for covid. They have hand sanitizers. Staff wears gloves and mask 😷 at all times.

Amazing ice cream place. It’s a regular place for us for having ice cream. All the flavors are wonderful and highly recommended.

Just came back from here. I have never been to a Godiva shop and I have to say that it was awesome!! The girl who helped me, I wish I had gotten her name, was amazing!! She put together two special boxes for me. Was very knowledgeable on the products. They had very few pre made boxes because they are going out of business. But when I told her which boxes I was looking for she created both for me. Didnt try to oversell me on anything. Just a really pleasant experience. Good luck to all of you!! Blessings!!

I cannot recommend the store to anyone. We gladly forked over nearly $400 for wedding favors in February for an April wedding. The store closed due to COVID-19, Which is totally understandable. Our problem however is that they may have made no attempt to contact us or get us our chocolate that we pre-paid for. The store will not return any inquiries of ours to find out how we can get our favors. This was eight months ago. No refund and no chocolate. Would not recommend the store

We always come and have the hot chocolate with whipped cream. Its so good because they actually make it with real chocolate. I wont have hot chocolate any where else because other places taste like hot, brown water

Never too busy but always popular. Chocolate ice cream even on a cold day is the best. So rich and airy, just melts in your mouth.

I ordered a Chocolixir Hazelnut praline, hot cocoa and chocolate ice cream. Chocolixir was not available secondly the hot cocoa paper cup was out stock and was served in double milkshake plastic cup. Reduced 3 stars because of this reason. The Savior was the ice cream which was out of the box.

Came in to get some chocolates & as usual with so many great choices we took a few minutes to narrow it down, the guy on duty tonight was impatient not very helpful. When we told him we were ready, he said “o.k” then went to the back, came back & started to help the customers behind us...did not even say anything...needless to say we left & went to Rocky Mountain Chocolate instead.

Always a treat... occasionally used because of expensiveness!To find the Christmas gift for s 38 year old son I chose Godiva dark chocolate premium gold box.He will be delighted.Godiva is the best chocolate and packaged with care. What a treat!!

Excellant chocolates great for gifts

They charge $14 for about 6 count of strawberries covered by low quality chocolate! There is outlet and prices should be lower than normal not more than Beverly Hills!! And the quality was so bad than other branches.
