I called today to get a quote on some routine maintenance (spark plugs, brake flush, etc). I spoke with Mike. He had poor customer service and said hell go ahead and play this quote game and would call me back. I asked, does he not want my business? He said he gets calls requesting quotes all day long and knows his prices will be higher than most other shops. I told him that I would still like a quote, his tone of voice seemed as though it was a hassle to assist me as a potential new customer. Well, Mike...I will NOT give my money to your shop, nor do I need to take your attitude.

Michael is always very helpful. Hes respectful and always gets the job done well. I always am wary of going to a mechanic, because at times I have felt talked down to by the person trying to explain to me what was wrong with the car. That never happens here, he treats everyone with the upmost respect. I highly recommend going to this garage, support your local businesses.

I met Mike through my fathers suggestion. My father said he was not only a great mechanic but he was honest with very fair pricing. My father was spot on. I have used mike over the years many times and have always been amazed at the results. I had a Lincoln Mark8 that the battery cables were bad . On that car the replacement cable assembly was only available through Lincoln and was around $1300.00. Mike some how was able to redo the ends and save the cables. when he was done the cables looked as good or better than if they were new and he saved me over $1100.00. I couldnt believe the trouble he went through to help me out as there was no way I could afford it at the time. I also had a old Dodge Raider that I picked up that just would not pass smog. I bought it as is because the previous owner tried and gave up because of all of the money he spent trying to get it to pass. I took it to Mike and he cleaned out the throttle body and a few other adjustments and it passed with flying colors. I recommend Mike to all my friends. Your Mechanic is the best of the best as far as car repair goes.

Mike, my mechanic, at YOUR Mechanics, is an honest, caring, for real person and so is his wife. He explains everything in detail so even a woman( like myself)can easily understand. Drop your car off in the morning pick it up after work. Even the mechanic that covered Mikes appointments(when he went on vacation)did a great job! Mike and his staff are always there (even when they are booked) to answer any questions I might have about my cars. Mike himself has been so kind and thoughtful to my 82 year old mother that he has won my business forever. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! - Arrived over an hour late, with NOT a bother to contact the customer to let them know theyre late. Then YELLED at the customer calling me a dumbass because I wasnt outside waiting for him. Contacted customer service who said this was my fault for not waiting for him?! They didnt bother to call or make any attempt to contact me. None whatsoever. By far THE WORST customer service experience EVER!

I needed a new engine and Mike was very thorough and professional. He let me know I needed a couple of other items and now my car runs so smoothly.My only constructive criticism would be that I wish he had recommended I get the alignment done after he replaced the axels but he is not a tire guy so I am happy. :-)
