I personally want to thank Gary, the owner of Camarillo auto body, for doing such a superlative job in remedying my issues with his company. He did not try to rationalize or minimalize the bad behaviors that were on display when I visited the shop. To the contrary, he handled the mask problem immediately and with great authority. In addition my car was repaired quicker than expected I am very satisfied with his service. He went over and above to make me happy and I am happy to recommend him to anyone needing bodywork in the future. Thank you again Gary!

My wife and I are both over 65, my wife just went through Chemotherapy and radiation. Not only were they not wearing masks in the small office, but when asked to do so, Robert the manager got downright rude to me. Needless to say we walked out and went elsewhere. If this was a sample of their service we would get then we were lucky we never started with them. Thanks to Camarillo Autobody for wasting our time and causing further agitation to an already rough day.I will be updating this post in 10 days when all should be complete.

I never post reviews but had to for this. They repaired my car to make it look like the day I bought it. I was concerned that my cars unique paint would be difficult to match, but they took the time and effort to get what looks like an exact match. Couldnt be more satisfied, stop looking go to this shop!

This is a nice place and trustworthy. When I first called, the person who answered kind of had an attitude but when I got there they were very helpful and kind. I needed to have my driver window regulator replaced so they needed to take apart my door. I had also had dents where my door hinge was on the same side but I just came for the window fix. I had already purchased the regulator so I just needed the labor. That day they were busy so it needed to stay the night. I asked where my car would be for the night and an employee showed me the inside of the building where it was secure and safe even from weather. It came out to $93 but he said hell just make it even $90. When I got it back it was ready when it was supposed to be and they even fixed my dents for free. Great clean place, it got my trust and now its one of my go-to places since I dont know this area very well. So 5 stars!

Took my vehicle in for what I thought was going to be an assessment and they told me I could leave it there and they would get to repair the next day. They called me a pick up for the rental car while the assessor took a look at what was involved and was out of there in less than 30 min. During the repair, I received calls on the progress of the repair and were spot on when the vehicle would be ready for pick up. Everything was handled between the shop and my auto insurance directly without any intervention from me at all. Excellent service and would definitely take my vehicle there again.

Took my damaged Challenger there for body work. When I got it back, all the damage was fixed and my vehicle looked perfect.

After being involved in a multi-car collision I had to bring my 12 Volkswagen GTI into Camarillo Autobody. The car suffered substantial damage to the front bumper, hood, quarter panels and the left rear fender. At first I was concerned about the timeliness of repairs because of the lethargic communication with the insurance provider covering the work, but once the car was at Camarillo Autobody I was in touch with Chad, who kept me informed and promptly returned phone calls throughout the entire repair process. Before giving the final approval to begin work we went over the entire repair invoice and noted some additional work needed and even some things that were initially slated to be replaced which could instead be repaired. For instance, one wheel was indicated as needing replacement and instead was fine with some aggressive polishing. Camarillo Autobody was also able to get all new OEM parts and panels instead of remanufactured or refurbished pieces as indicated by the insurance company.When Chad called me to pick up the car I saw the excellent care they had taken of my GTI: the body and glass were spotless and the tires were dressed! As I looked over the details of their labor I found not only had they effectively reshaped the fender (which I was worried about as it could not have been replaced without replacing the entire exterior roof panel of which it is a part), but also matched the OEM grey metallic paint exactly. The freshly painted bumper was smooth and glossy with no orange peel effect to the paint. On panels that had been saved, existing paint had been sanded, re-painted and re-coated with clear. Gaps between neighboring panels were perfect. One of the cars projector headlights had been replaced and re-aimed. Chad even worked with the insurance company to replace a mirror switch that had magically disappeared while the car was with the towing company!

Been in twice now. GREAT work, they know what theyre doing and do it well.
