I must say I was very pleased with the customer service that Brianna provided...she went above and beyond to be helpful...

The employee referred to as Law in River oaks was so amazing and knowledgeable. My son who is a kid visited another store where the shoe he wanted was a few dollars less. He requested to return to this store because of the customer service of this gentleman.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I had a fradulent charge come from this store! Then when I call to ask where my money is they all kept saying “ we are a multi billionaire company I don’t need to steal your money “ I don’t give a dang what kind of company you are. If someone puts there pin in to buy something the money is automatically taken off your card. So I got charged twice and still left with no shoes. I called them the next day and they told me it’s nothing they could do about it EVEN THOUGH I basically paid for the shoes twice. How about you save your time and don’t shop at champs unless you want to leave short 50-100 dollars and no shoes.
