I had a great experience here! I wasn’t able to get her name, but there was a woman working who was so friendly and warm, it was so refreshing compared to some of the other stores where people act like it’s a bother to interact with you, so thank you! The store was also great and organized well, I saw so many cool things but unfortunately I was pressed for time, I will definitely return very soon. Lots of nostalgia.

Great selection of steel books and exclusive cover movies

This store wasnt very organized. They had items in bins marked sale or clearance but upon checking prices at the register, the items rang up at regularly marked price. Some movies and toys are overpriced. They do have a nice selection of $5/used movies. Some are buy 2 get 1 for $1. The employees were nice. There are some unique gift/toy items if you search for them. No huge sales however. They do carry gaming gift cards.

Great selection, staff is friendly. Ask about the Backstage Pass Program.

AGAIN! Yesterday my debit card got charged for 11.99 for the bs membership pass. Ive cancelled countless times and unsubscribed to them. I came yesterday and let the manager know about the SITUATION, but she didnt care about anything. Be on alert with this store and dont sign up for any membership passes. Never coming again!

I had the GREATEST EXPERIENCE with FYE today. I was searching all over the place for this gift item for my wife of 22yrs for Christmas and I finally found one at this location. So I quickly raced out of the room I was in with my wife and made the call. The nicest cheerful voice answered and I inquired about the item she checked and they had it.i asked if I could purchase it over the phone and I couldnt but I asked if their was any way she could hold it for 30minutes and how Ive been searching for this and how my wife loves this show and it would mean so much to me. She said yes and out of the door I went. I arrived and I found Abriana she greeted me with a nice warm smile and I asked her if she was the one I spoke to about the gift and she said yes. I told her how much it meant to me and also my wife is a RN at UIC and its been very stressful and she is going to love this. So I just wanted to take the time to let everyone know how I really felt and appreciated Abriana so much. Thanks again!!!

I love FYE this location is the ONLY reason I ever come to this mall. They usually have everything Im looking for and more. If you sign up for the backstage pass make sure you cancel the magazine subscription immediately.

I love this place! If I could, I would come here everyday just to look at everything. So many discount on mostly everything! Costumer services are all ways nice and amazing to inform you about great things! Its a great place for everyone! My sister and I was worried that there is a lot of discount that the place was going out of business! At the end of the day you can either enjoy amazing CDs on discount, Walking Dead poster, a Pokemon hat, the Legend of Zelda charms, all the POP, and two shirts for $10!

It was meh. With everything being digital to these days I did not have much of a need to buy anything from the store I was initially looking for the complete season of Martin Lawrences show season 1 through 5 but they only had one season and stock what a bummer I decided that I would go online and try to find it

Ive always found interesting movies, even some hard to find movies. I recommend their shop.

Good store for kpop fans. it has kpop albums, kpop lightsticks and a few other kpop things (seasons greetings, bts muster dvds etc..) Some albums can be expensive though. They also have a nice variety of groups and soloists. Kpop lightsticks are quite expensive. Most of the ones i seen were 50 bucks. In conclusion, this store is good for kpop fans but some things might be too pricey. Also, the staff is very nice and helpful too!

A very enjoyable place to look and find great entertainment, with a very friendly and courteous staff that really helps you to find what youre looking for, I enjoy coming here and I like the hospitality.

They are still pushing magazine subscriptions, very annoying. The store itself is not bad, some nostalgic items, CDs, albums, K-Pop section, comic books, T-shirts, headphones, charges and cables, candy.

Got stuff for cheaper than marked. They always bug you about getting email but it is only a minor nuisance. Still a good place to shop with some great deals to look out for.

Place has variety of things for sale, but as far as a diverse selection of music. I asked the young female clerk if they had CDs featuring two well know Guitarists and she said she never heard of them and FYE didnt have any CDs on hand.

I like Fye I hate they close there store in downtown Chicago, IL. I like the one in River Oaks Center the have a large section of 🎶 music and DVD and also you can customize your own CD or CDs in the store or online too. The staff are very nice they have good customer service skills and will help you if you need assistance in the store.
