They use yo have fast and friendly service they slowly falling off...I went one day for a oil change and they were packed so I asked can they open another service area the manager on duty told me I can go somewhere else if they wasnt moving quick enough... He new I never saw his white shirt before. The heavy set manager and the black guy manager is so kool

I have had my car for over 5 years without a single problem. ONE VISIT to this spot and now my car doesnt start like it used to, and now have a check engine light ive never seen before since owning the car. DONT GO HERE. Theyre sketchy and will mess your car up.

They cross threaded my oil plug, I was told at least I wouldnt have to drop the motor to replace the oil pan. Its a Lexus so it will be expensive regardless. The sad part it wasnt due to rust or being old. They couldnt say some other place was at fault seeing how they were replacing my oil since last year.

I want there last week to get a transmission and radiator flush. Great customer service! However, 3 days later, Ive notice my cars coolant is currently leaking.My car never had this problem. Not sure what they did, Im not sure if Ill be coming back here .

These guys are awesome ! I had no problem at all and they worked with me many times when I was low on funds. Not many oil change shops will give discounts for return customers. Going off their professional service and full service I’ve seen I’m more than sure you will leave satisfied !

Horrible waited 35 minutes just sitting waiting no one came to greet or give a update on when you will be services one guy was giving full car washes with thr wind shield wiper stick i left with no car oil change and yes. It was the correct location the guy was using a squigee to clean the car that was getting a pile change

Far better service than I ever received from Jiffy Lube. Ive been to a couple of different locations but the service remains the same...EXCELLENT AND EFFICIENT! Honest service with no upselling or pressing you to buy other unnecessary services. Always willing to make recommendations for the betterment of your vehicle but will tell you their professional opinion on things that can wait until next time.

A synthetic oil change seems a little high 69.99 plus tax

He was very familiar with the products he had to offer that would best benifit my car at a reasonable price. One of the guys who worked on my car stole the numbers off my card and withdrew almost $700 off my card in Sauk Village through a wire transfer. Its a shame. But the proper people will be notified. Hope that money was worth your job and freedom, young man. Cause Im coming for you, and I wont stop until youre arrested!!!! Thank God for cameras and technology!!!

I came again for tire pressure check. When I left I found all the pressures were still the same. I dont believe he put any air in the tires. This has not happened to me in the past. Ive always gotten wonderful service. I have recommended Duke Of Oil to all my friends and family. Not for just checks but service as well. Ill be back for my oil check next month. I have been having problems with the back tires but cant afford new ones. Thats why I really and greatfully appreciate the tire service when I need it. I dont know what happened this time😔

Was going to another service to save money but the hour plus wait and questionable work quality was just not worth it. Had 3 of my last 4 oil changes here and the courteous, speedy, and professional service will keep me coming back. Coupons help to ease the price difference, but even w/o them its worth it to me. Resist the extra sales pitches, clip/download a coupon, and give them a try. Would have rated them a 5, but the furniture in the wait area really needs some improvement.

On 11/6/21 at 1630 I took my 2017 Mercedes Benz in for a routine oil change. About 10 min into my service I notice the manager( Caucasian) visibly upset. He was asking the younger man who was under my hoodwhat did you do he then said, flush it all out. I immediately stepped out of my car and asked what was going on? The manager says they accidentally put transmission fluid in with your oil. At this point Im livid. If the manager would not have came over the young man would have closed my hood. I wouldve paid and went on my way. The manager did apologize and caught the mistake in time. However, the mistake should have never happened! I will never get my vehicles serviced here again!
