Manny and his guys provide excellent installation services. I recently had new door speakers and a power sub installed into my Ram, and I couldnt be happier with the ARC and Alpine products Manny suggested. I look forward to more upgrades with Audio Essence

Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE ever 😡😡 from the OWNER Manny. He will not compromise at all with you, He overcharge, fast talk you and tell you to put a non-refundable deposit down just to schedule an appointment on service that’s not even guaranteed after hearing another customer already in the lobby complaining about his car not being finished in over a month and the manager curse at him. NEVER would I spend a dime of my money with a manager that’s so rude an inconsiderate like this. I would definitely go elsewhere thanks but NO THANKS on top of that no one ever answer the phone I drove all the way there to endure this type of service really Sucks

1st visit was ok not so great for the 2nd, so I went in for a full tint job on my car not so great of a job rear corner windows on rear doors peeled at the corners in one week i called and scheduled a time slot for repairs on a Friday got there and the husband didnt want anything to do with it then told me that he was closing up but it was only 3:30 in the afternoon the time slot that was given to me by his wife. Total waste of my time there wont be a 3rd visit so from now on Ill go to HOTWIRE CUSTOM AUDIO in Matteson Illinois on MAIN ST.

Very nice looking shop, looks very professional, but is very deceiving. The absolute worst customer service of any professional sound COMP. You can wait and wait when they post on website they open at 9am. That’s deceiving they open when they feel like it. And everything is a deposit when you haven’t explained how your business operates. BBB should have a talk with manny and his service desk clerk!!!!!!!!!!!

Manny took time to explain everything that needed to be done. 4 other places didnt want to work on the car because it wasnt a simple plug and play installation. Once the parts came in he fit me into the schedule and finished the job on time as promised. He even sat down and showed me how everything worked when I picked it up.

Husband will be the reason for this shops failure hes to cocky and poor wife seems so nice and thats a shame.They charge an extra $5 and change to use your card also.

I walked in looking to customize my audio system. Although I knew what I wanted I was unsure of specs for the different components.. Manny was very informative on suggesting set ups and why it would be beneficial to go with certain speakers.. I could tell that he cared about the customer and wasn’t looking to make a quick buck.. needles to say he will be installing my customized audio system and I can’t wait to tell people where I got it from!

My car detailing experience was like no other. The staff was more than helpful when it came to informing me on any information I wanted to know along with keeping me updated with how long the actual service would be. This place lacks organization and customer service.I came in January 2019 to get my car starter installed and was there all day. They don’t give out appointments to anyone and it’s a first come, first served basis. I came in as soon as they opened and didn’t leave until they were practically going to close. When I left both of my remotes weren’t even programmed. I was told I would get a call back to come in and have that fixed. An entire month passed and no one called. I had to take it upon myself to come in and interrupt what seemed like a team meeting to see if the issue was going to get resolved. I was taken care of but the owner Manny admitted he was busy and forgot.Today I tried to get my car starter checked elsewhere, because again, Audio Essence, does not give out appointments. The other place I took my car to said that the entire installation was done so horribly that they didn’t even want to fix it.Please stay away if you can. I would not recommend.

Came in today to get my windows tinted. They were able to get us in right away! They explained the different qualities of tint in great detail so we can have an informed decision. They also answered all of are other questions regarding future work on our car. I highly recommend coming here and we will be coming back for sure!

They were able to fix the dreaded stablitrac/traction control issue on my traverse. They work late, and weekends to get your repairs taken care of the right way.

I loved the results on my 2006 Dodge Dakota. I only came to get my windows tinted. After I seen what other specialties they do, I inquired. I wanted my truck updated with a radio, remote start, and alarm. Manny was great in explaining what I could actually do with my truck and he did not pressure me at all! Trash I drove 45 miles to come to this place based off what one of the representatives told me on the phone that they can get my car service once I get there. As I arrive I was greeted by a guy I believe his name is Manny if I’m not mistaken terrible attitude terrible I would never do business here I would never recommend anyone to do business here by far. The guy gets frustrated because I asked him why would you tell me you had availability and have me drive here and once I get here you tell me you don’t have any availability go as far as to tell me to leave his shop and never come back in black business is something that he can survive without Crazy!! If you want to receive professional and quality service, Audio Essence is the place to go. I purchased an automatic start, complete sound system, back up camera, and weather mats. It took about a week to get everything in that was ordered. I had to rent a vehicle for a couple days; however, it was worth it! The truck was detailed when it was picked up and to my surprise, the windows had been tinted. It was perfect!! Manny and Noemi treats everyone like family; but, mostly they are courteous and respectful. There were a couple of minor issues with the sound system and the back up camera, but, Manny was excellent at getting the issues taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. Audio Essence will have my business for anything that needs done to any vehicle I own. I dont typically write reviews, however, this is much deserved as they made it all worth the money that was spent!

I have 1986 Monte Carlo Manny and hes team install my sound system,alarm drone Mobil,tint my windows it first I wasnt happy because I thought they were doing me wrong and I didnt like the way they had left my custom face plate for my radio so I decided to stop by again and they resolved my issue. Ever since then I have been overall satisfied by coming here. They did my sounds and sounds amazing! I would highly recommend to stop by and give them a chance!

I heard some noises coming from my wheels and they found out exactly what it was and found me the best deal on prices for parts. Fixed my hub bearings and brakes.
