Will not give you your PD for ordering glasses online. Receptionist told my wife to take her best guess and that FL law says she’s not allowed to give it. WRONG. Request records and move on.

Not even deserving of a STAR!! Do not waste your$$$ I was treated like I was in NY or some other locked down state! Was asked all kinds of questions about COVID-19 had my temp. Taken, so did my daughter. Went to look at frames for my daughter and the COVID-19 POLICE were quick to tell me not to touch the frames and that they have to disinfect the frames before the frames can be touched!!! And we are in FLORIDA WE ARE NOT LOCKED DOWN!! HOW MUCH HAS WALMART MADE DURING THIS PLANDEMIC???!!!!

Absolutely the most talented and knowledgeable opticians in area one of few places in town that cut and fit the blanks into the frames vs sending them off yo be factory cut. This provides much faster turn around and, in my opinion, a better fit. And the optometrist is one of the most thorough I have ever visited Count me a super happy customer!!!

The staff is always very friendly! They always take time to stop and ask about my family and how everyone is doing now. I have used the eye center for about 3 years now with the most recent trip last week and I am still very satisfied with the service and care I receive here. Thank you ladies!

Ive had great service at this location, and have never been disappointed with my glasses. The staff is always helpful and courteous. Would definitely recommend them.

Ive been going to Wal-Mart Vision Center for mine and my childrens eye exams and glasses for years. Ive never had any huge issues and have always been satisfied with my experiences there. Well, my opinion has changed since my last experience with them. My son, who is 7 yrs old and in the 1st grade, had lost his glasses and unfortunately we did not have a backup pair for him because of this being his very first pair hes ever had. I immediately called Walmart Vision, told them what happened, and asked them to order a replacement pair. I told them if there was anyway to rush the order, I would really appreciate it because I hate that my baby is having to walk around and go to school without his glasses😔 but they told me they couldnt rush it and it would be about 5-7 business days. All that went fine. It wasnt until the glasses came in that I had the problem. First of all, they told me they would call me as soon as they came in. They didnt. A little over a week after they ordered the glasses, I called to check on them and was told they were there. Well, thanks alot for calling me!!! So, I said okay Ill be up there as soon as possible to get them. (FYI: It takes me almost an hour to drive to the nearest Walmart). She said okay, were open til 7pm(it was about 12pm at this time). So, I got ready, drove all the way there, and was told when I got there that, yes, the glasses were there but they would not be able to give them to me until after 3pm that day! Apparently Walmart has a rule that says they cannot give out any prescription glasses unless the optometrist is there. And, unfortunately for me, the optometrist in Callaway goes to lunch from 1pm to 3pm. They told me I would either have to wait til he got back after 3pm or come back another day before 1pm and after 3pm. I was very upset and explained to them that the lady I talked to who told me the glasses had came in never said anything about you not being able to dispense glasses for certain hours, I live almost an hour away, the glasses are for my 7 yr old son who needs them for school, they are already paid for, and there was no way I could stay til 3pm because I had to pick my kids up at school at 2:50. They just looked at me and shrugged their shoulders. They said it was a rule Walmart had and they had to abide by it. I had no other option but to just leave and go back later that evening. I understand its not the employees fault and they did seem to understand my frustration. Its just the most ridiculous rule I have ever heard! A vision center that cant dispense their own patients glasses. I mean, seriously?! Oh, and the best thing of all was when we went back the 2nd time(after the Dr was back), all they did was put them on my son, hand him his case, and sent us on our way! Lol! I was so pissed! We drove all the way back for them to practically throw them at us! We were in and out of there in literally less than 90 seconds! Its kinda funny to think about now but it wasnt then! They should get rid of this stupid rule or atleast make sure people are aware of it because I know I cant be the only person who has had issues.

This by far is the most disorganized business I have ever encountered. Its taking much longer than I was told it would take to order my sons glasses.He was supposed to receive them over spring break and now he has to go two days in school without.I would not recommend them even to my enemies. If saving money means inconvenience, they can keep it. Ill take service over savings any day of the week.Despicable.

Poor customer service. Would recommend going anywhere but here. Staff are rude.
