Able to get in and pick up my online order with ease. They had what I needed at a competitive price.

Spent about 500 here over the past couple of weeks, even used the new paypal credit feature they had on their site. Everything went smooth, and my sensors were ready when I got there. I had to do an exchange on the 02 sensor for a longer version, and they gave me 0 trouble for it.

The BEST auto parts store in this area. Knowledgeable, friendly, and fair. I say this after getting a bad starter from them too. They tested the part I had bought from them and a brand new one right from their shelf and after both of them failing they sold me a better product for the lower price. It’s a stand up company that does that nowadays. From now on, all my parts will be from Advance Auto Parts.

They have pretty good crew members who work at this location and well stocked store looks great and clean. Parts guys and girls seem to have good knowledge about the parts that you need best. Richard is very good at the store with costumers and one of the best parts man you can ever deal with. Make shure you get by and see for your self. Im on my way now get oil and filter. Walked in and one other customer in the store, and four sales people at the counter with three of them on a computer. I walked up to the counter and stood there for about 10 minutes before anybody acknowledged me. By this time the other customer has been taken care of and left. Nobody said Ill be with you in a minute or can I help you. They just kept pecking away on their computers. None of them were on the phone with customers. It was like I was being ignored. Finally the young lady asked me could she help me and unfortunately you didnt have in stock what I needed so I left.It just seems that its easier to order the stuff online from Amazon and wait a day or two than get ignored in the store.

Cant get no one to tell me about my warranty on starter . Wow . May start going somewhere else from now on .

They just about always have what you need and at a cheaper price than AutoZone and OReilys. Just needed a lighted switch, unfortunately I went to one of the other stores first and bought one and it didnt even worked, even tested it with my meter. Went to advance and got it and worked perfect and saved five dollars with speed perks

They do have better products than some of their computers. Customer service is well worth. A lot of laughter and friendly people. Parts are basic prices nothing cheap. I did end up receiving the wrong brake shoes for my truck but they were very friendly and apologize for the mishap

This small Advance Auto seems a bit dirty. Not cluttered or messy, but like the older building it is in. The store is small, but has the basics. The employee we dealt with was very knowledgeable and helpful. My husband loves to talk cars, and the young employee was very patient, lol. We had ordered our part prior to picking up, as we get the best deals by doing that. The employee quickly had our order ready. Not only was he helpful, he went to an extra effort to make sure we got the best deals on everything we bought. If this review is helpful to you, please mark it as so. Im trying to earn fake badges because, well, its just fun.

Online part tool wrong. Ordered a battery online and picked it up and went to install it and the battery and terminals were much smaller than what I took out. When I mentioned that I was given the wrong battery the cashier said you ordered it I didnt. The cashier followed me to my truck and saw the problem and provided me with a spacer to make the new battery taller. I installed the battery and tightened down the terminals and left but by the time I got home the negative terminal had vibrated loose. I did a quick temporary fix until I can buy shims to make my battery fit properly, luckily I have knowledge of vehicles or I would have just trusted the guy behind the counter and drained my new battery.Thank you computers!

They took my points which i had been gathering over 25 years. Thru three marriages. They changed how they roll over points and when i signed up years ago, it was because of the rollover, never losing points. There is no way to merge all points from 3 matriages and now ot doesnt matter because they expire annually. I shouldve atayed with Napa, my parentd favorite.
