People lined up waiting several minutes to order. Workers in the back not coming out to take orders. I walked out without ordering.

I wanted an Oreo Blizzard with chocolate ice cream but they only had vanilla. It was good but wouldve been better with chocolate lol

Omgoodness! 4.30pm, summer, 88 degrees and THIS DQ has NO ICE CREAM!... no backup plan, no 2nd machine, NOTHING IN THE FREEZERS!... poor mgmnt or NO mgmnt!?

Been here multiple times for the past 2 months they are always out of something been trying to get chicken bites and theyve been out of that then today I go in theyre out of chicken bites and ice cream! Its getting to be ridiculous they constantly say theyre waiting on their truck if thats the case they need to learn how to order

Slow service. Then they didnt turn our blizzards upside down either. The sign says that if they dont you are suppose to get a free blizzard on the next visit. But when we all about it the guy didnt know how to do that. There was no other employee with him at the time. This happened today 02/28/21 @ 2 pm. Then on top of that the blizzard ice cream was really soft and melty. Not happy.

Really disappointed, came in at 7:45 pm on a Tuesday afternoon and it was closed. When the sign clearly says they close at 9pm. Don’t waste your time coming to this DQ. I’ll just drive to the one in town from now.

They dont have the non-dairy dilly bar. Dont waste your time at this location.

Well we are out of Vanilla Ice Cream only Chocolate Ice Cream here until tomorrow but I do have to say that these girls work there butts off and after reading all these reviews its not there fault that they run out its a restaurant it happenes sometimes. So if all you wanna do is complain then go some where else keep up the great job ladys yall are doing awesome and oh before I forget the only guy there poor boy working with all women keep up the great job all of yall are doing amazing

This is the best place to get my chicken strip basket the toast is perfect and the white gravy is to die for but most importantly the chicken strips Im not sure what they use as batter bit the taste is most phanominal

Stopped here 2xs whole traveling. They were out if everything except hotdogs but it took over ten min to make a hotdog. Total disappointment and amazed Dairy Queen would let an establishment like this exist.Stopped again a year later and while I waited in line 2 ppl in front of me left. Unreal. I waited another 7 min before they took my order and proceeded to install a new blizzard liquid bag. I politely asked for my money back and left. I was disapointed again, but this time with myself for stopping at dairy queen. Almost took a picture of how messy everything was but who would I send it to? DQ doesnt care

Am not a fan of dairy but l must say, this was the best dairy place l had tried. It was good.

It is not a full DQ and only had ice cream and like 5 menu items. Went to Wendys on the other side instead.

Every time we have been in there lately they have been rude and very slow. They stand there and talk instead of doing what they need to. We wanted a blizzard with the peanut butter cookies and stuff one time and said nothing with chocolate. We ended up with a peanut butter, peanut butter cookie, and chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard. We told them and the girls reply was okay. They never fixed it, we just left.

Worst dairy queen I have ever visited. Took 6 minutes before Someone even offered to take my order, and when the young lady did, did not ask if she could help, just stared.. She started talking with her Co-worker about the boyfriend trouble she was having.. After finally getting the Sundae I had ordered, it was about half the size it should of been. Do not support this type of business.

I came out of my way almost 45 minutes away out of my way because the dalton location was closed made it here at 5 minutes til 10:00 pm just to find out that thay had closed earily even tho their hour said they were open til 10:00 pm.

This is for DQ and Wendys. Befor you leave check your food. They cant count. Twice I stoped at this Wendys and they put 5 nuggets in my 6pc and half empty large Frys. Other then that quality is great

This place has gone to hell since Pilot took over. Slow service no smile or welcome to dairy queen. Chili dog was very very dry.
