Absolutely worth the detour from I75. Had the hard to find ammo I was looking for, tons of accessories and was super friendly. Hard to find friendly, non-arrogant people in gun shops these days. Will definitely make the detour again on my next trip through Georgia and maybe hit the range while there

Very clean facility. My first time at a shooting range and I was pretty impressed. I was a little disappointed because the gun I wanted, they don’t have in the store. The staff was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed shooting here. I thought it was a little expensive but maybe that’s just what happens when you go to a shooting range.

Not sure what the person in the first review was complaining about, but it would appear that his or her experience is an aberration. I have purchased several weapons from Tactical Guns & Ammo, most special ordered. The prices have been excellent. Marty and his staff do a good job of keeping customers informed and of following up when needed.The store is a bit small, but the selection is solid, with a substantial number of tactical weapons, numerous handguns and the occasional surprise showing up. I will not hesitate to buy here again.Havent tried the range yet, but it seems to be more than adequate for its purpose.Good people, knowledgeable about their products and eager to help. I would recommend them to anyone looking for tactical weapons in the Bartow County / Gordon County area.

As an NRA Instructor, I travel all over the state of Georgia and have shot in most of the indoor ranges from Savannah to Dalton. I had the pleasure to use the range at Tactical Guns & Ammo a few days ago. Aside from the friendly and helpful staff I believe this is one of the cleanest, well maintained if not one of the best ranges in Georgia. Do yourself a favor and visit this place - you will not be disappointed!!

Amazing deal on Golden Bear, this store got me turned on to bimetal ammo. Very friendly, great owner, awesome place. I would go out of my way to come back here, in fact I will today! Great place to stop from Atlanta on the way to the Chesnut Mountain outdoor gun range.

Just from where I seen the owner respond to people that disrespect his store in a very respectful way had my eye. Im dang sure gonna stop by today and purchase a gun today. Marty is the owner, he sells garbage equipment for high prices. He will lie to u on the phone to get u into his store. There is nothing tactical about the store. Ur best bet if u want a good product go online. So what TGA has a range. I know in bartow county I can shoot in my back yard. Call ur sheriffs office to find out is u can do the same. Save ur money.
