ECHOTA FABRICS GIVES MADE IN THE USA THE WORST POSSIBLE REPUTATION! Never in over 30 years have we encountered such totally blatant disregard for ethical business practices. Echota was quick to quote a job based on our specifications AND proceed to take our substantial deposit. Once the check had cleared, we were told they didnt actually have enough material to complete the job - no apologies no return of deposit - Actually demanded full payment of the balance of the incomplete job. - too bad for hotel if they needed uniformity in their bedspreads....too bad for us as the middle man distributor and our reputation! Then to put the nail in the coffin - Echota manufactures the bedspreads with a huge white hem stitch, rendering them totally NON-REVERSIBLE even though our Purchase Order at all times stated these were to be REVERSIBLE. When contacted to request a resolution to this HEM problem, ECHOTA simply stated that these were indeed reversible.......... Take a look at the picture and you decide.
