Nothing personal against Walmart. I really enjoy this Walmart.. its always clean and employees are always helpful. Your pharmacy however literally shuts down as I walk in after I drive from another city to get my prescription filled and will not fill it. Instead tell me that I can go elsewhere to get it filled or come back in the morning at 7:30. Thanks but no thanks. Wont be using them again.

Horrible, customer service answered on 11/2, very rude and disrespectful..... Her excuse there shorthanded, very,very busy.......

3/8/2020. Been sitting here for one hour, waiting on 2 prescriptions. I usually go to Riverstone Pkwy. one Canton but my son moved over here so I had to go to urgent care and needed to drop by and get my prescription.Wow what a difference in management. I had only one of the staff members ask me my name and I told her I’d been waiting for over 39 minutes.Walmart Calhoun Pharmacy you need to step up your game!

Usually pretty good, but there is one worker that is rude. She is short spoken and even borders on hateful. I called to refill my prescription and she hung up the phone without indicating the conversation was over. Any time I come in the store, I hope she is not going to be the one to wait on me. I have considered changing pharmacies just so I dont have to deal with her ever again.

I visited this health clinic today and was accompanying a family member to be seen by a doctor. I have to be honest and say I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING. The nurse we had to help with care April is the rudest, most abrasive, unsymapthetic nurse i have EVER encountered. while she was caring for my family member she actively complained about the competency of other staff and was lagitmatetly rough. the rest of the experience and everyone else would have made this visit stellar but dealing with April was so aweful that i cannot even give credit for anything else because she has truly left an incredibly bad taste in my mouth. im angry because i am currently taking my family member to another physician because i do not trust the competency of this clinic with how openly an emplyee complained to a patient. HIGHLY INNAPROPRIATE!

It was decent and staff was helpful. They started breaking the HIPAA Privacy Act. They will tell anyone who knows your name and birthday every prescription you have ready or that’s on file over the phone nor do they check ID’s for controlled medications. Then add in this rude and condescending woman she’s tall and I’m looking for a new pharmacy.

Fair prices compared to everyone else

I made an eye appointment with nurse. Showed up to find out I didnt have one. They made me sit there for almost an hour before telling me I have to reschedule.
