We have been going here for years. They have been great with my kids. Dr. Davis was and now Dr. Holloway is! The staff is wonderful as well. They are always super nice and helpful! Absolutely no complaints. Services is always as expected.
I have no idea how this place has such a low rating…. This was probably the best experience I have had at any medical facility, possibly, ever. The office staff was great, everyone on the optometry staff was great. There was no pressure, or sales tactics of any kind. The ambiance was a bit outdated, but I truly enjoyed looking at all of the history depicted on the walls. I definitely plan to be a repeat customer.
Able to get a same day appointment. Kind and thorough staff and doctor. The doctor listened to my concerns and took time to address them, and was generous with the samples. The staff was very helpful so I could get the most out of my policy. Very good experience!

Simply put, their service is alright! Was told I would be called for my tracking # for my glasses order, never received it. I also had to be the one to call regarding the arrival of my glasses. No phone call or voicemail.
Pretty good place and good doctor but the phone reception needs an upgrade had me on hold for 30 minutes 😂😂😂

This is a amazing place to come to! The only issue are the receptionist. They are lazy!! I have called plenty of times to do our yearly check ups and they never pick up and when you ask about it they give a bad attitude and simply say it’s not our problem, it’s the phone company. Now if you leave a voice mail they don’t call back.
A stigmatism does not go away in four years. I went here, because someone else went to him years ago. I do believe he based the prescription he gave me off the glasses I had on. I had bifocals, but he said I only needed reading glasses. However, I am having trouble seeing signs at night. The black receptionist told me the next day she guess I would have to wear them all the time. I have problems with certain lights at night which is why I sought out a doctor when I first got glasses. He doesnt listen to meet the needs of the patient. He just cycles people through, and we paid cash money to have to turn around and make another appointment, because stigmatism do not magically disappear. The girl who took the money wasnt much better. I have been in customer service over twenty years, so I can truthfully appreciate those who do it. I can appreciate the people who doing it to know when theyre wrong for it. My first and last appointment. Their first overall impression left me appalled.
Love the office, people, and Dr. Davis but they really need to get better phone service. I have been trying both numbers all day, they close in 20 min...I tried yesterday..and one day last week...only to continuously get an out of order message. They said once before when this happened that their internet was out. This is just too excessive.

Dr. Davis was fantastic with our two kids. Our 4 year old son and 6 year old daughter are both shy, but he was able to get them to talk with him throughout the exams. The office serves people from all walks of life which we appreciate.
Ive been seeing Mr. Davis since I was 3 years old. I am now 19. He and his staff are some of the sweetest people you could ever see. He has always gotten mine and my siblings prescriptions right on the dot. No problems what so ever, highly highly recommend!
Took my son here because he was complaining his eyes felt weird, and he would Look as hard as he could to the sides while sometimes turning his head in the process. Did I get to tell the doctor this? No, did I try? Yes. The doctor didnt ask me any questions, didnt give me the time of day to explain anything. Just took a Look at his eyes and said they are fine. Maybe they are, but Im still unsure. Definitely NEVER come here, they dont care at all! I wish I could give negative stars, one isnt low enough.

My daughter had appointment for Feb 20, did the exam ordered the glasses, They never called to say they came in I just called and check on them and they said the glasses were picked up on March 4. WE DID NOT pick them up. Now they are NOT BOTHERING to answer their phones.
Great eye place great price on everything
I’ve been coming here since I first moved to GA back in 2006 (12 y/o) and never had an issue with Dr Davis and his staff. Just like any practice, business picks up due to the high volume and lack of in-network insurances that are willing to cover folks in their cities/counties who will travel 20-30 min just because Dr. Davis has the cheapest (or free) eye exams that will be be covered by thier insurance policies, so keep that in mind when you are waiting or are scheduled for an appointment far from the date you would like. As for my first hand experiences, I’ve never had the any issues or problems with my visits or eyewear AT ALL. I’ve grown closed to Larry Davis and his staff and I hope to continue to coming here as long as I can. Hope this helps!

While Ive been a patient of the dr since 5th grade, and my children now go here, I do find him extremely thorough. His staff, however, are unprofessional, rude, and hateful. They certainly only go at their pace, which is very slow. I have been a MOA in a specialist office and am familiar with how to properly treat patients. Apparently, they do NOT. The original staff were wonderful. These girls in there now need a good lesson in how to treat customers/patients and be more efficient in the needs of the ones who CHOOSE to use Dr. Davis.
I took my grandson there for glasses it took little over a month to come in. once they did 1 week later a lenses fell out... 3 weeks later here comes off 1 of the ear pieces and next week off come the other...medicaid only pays for 1 pair a year... so he is out till start of school his year..but thank goodness his school helped me get him some in jan... ty medicaid for having cheap choices of glasses and ty dr. walker for letting medicaid put your kids at risk...will not go back nor recommend them

This is the worst place to go for glasses. Dr Larry does not know what to do. He gave me the wrong prescription for my glasses and the employees refused to take 3 minutes to give me my glasses because they were heading out for a 2 hour lunch break!! This is a terrible place.

I do not recommend one to make several calls and they do not answer and if they answer they put you on hold and the call is cut, 6 weeks have passed and they do not tell me anything about the glasses to pick them up and my daughter needs them terrible service
