I ordered artificial grass from Anthony because he said it would be delivered in 5 to 6 days at most. It has been 19 days and I do not have my order. It seems like once you have paid, which I did on the day 1, they move on and leave the rest to you. I called shipping company, emailed the turf store, called the turf store and finally 19 days in they returned my call and told me that I needed to call the shipping company tomorrow for a delivery in two days. Amber said I cant call today because they need to see who will be on that route in two days. Beware, once they have your money you can forget customer service.
