Best job Ive ever had... Treat you like family. A lot of places will SAY that safety is their number 1 priority, this is the only place Ive ever seen that actually MEANS it. Everyone going home in the same condition or better at the end of a shift than they were when they came to work at the beginning of the shift is truly more important to them than production numbers, and that means a lot!
