The old white lady manager at sally beauty supply in calhoun is completely Incompetent and rude. I saw her give two people advise That would have completely fried off their hair. And whenever I stepped in to correct her so that their hair would not be destroyed she said this is the second time you have done this and refused to sell me my pro product. As you can imagine I was extremely irritated she not only lost my business but the lady in front of me walked out also. This manager needs to be fired she’s not just giving product knowledge she’s giving knowledge cosmetology that she clearly does not have She told the lady to put 40 volume developer in level one color and if you have any idea about hair you would know that there’s no way that you would ever do this. She needs to go. She is outdated and so is her information and she’s going to get someone’s hair completely melted off.And apparently she hates to be corrected in front of people because she has a complex. I will not be going back to Sally’s in Calhoun.
This store has a loyalty program that is very out of date. When I first signed up it was more than a decade ago. And I no longer have access to the email I used then. And i have moved a couple of times. Everytime i buy something i get asked if the information is correct and it is not. So the clerk has to change it, which takes time and backs up the line. But the system will not permanently except the new information so this has to be done every time I buy something .as it is I never get my rewards. I asked the clerk today why we have to do this every time. And she tells me the system will not let the staff make permanent changes. So not only was her time waisted but mine and the people in line behind me as well. The kicker. I asked the clerk to tell the manager a customer made a complaint about this and she just argued with me. Whats the point.

I limped in this store with a cane clearly struggling cause my hip going out. And I just had ankle surgery. After spending close to 50 bucks on hair care products. Which I could not carry while using my cane. I asked for a bag to help me and she said I had to pay for the bag to carry out my many purchases. Im disabled this is wrong. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE.
I have shopped at this location several times now and have been very satisfied each time I have visited. The customer service has always been very professional, the cashiers are deliberate about greeting everyone who comes through the door and are always ready and willing to assist. The products that they carry are very diverse and a pleasant surprise for a small-town store. I get all that I need from my neighborhood Sallys.

I can never get there before they close . They close at 6 on a Saturday why so early on a weekend,. And the last time I was there I spent 85.00 and then the lady said if u want a bag for your stuff you will have to pay for it! What I just purchased products from ur store and ur going to charge me for a bag to put it in to carry it out!!
The staff was super helpful trying to help me find what I needed. The sales associate spend a lot of time offer great customer service. They ended up not having what I needed unfortunately.The store is very clean and appears to be well stocked with awesome merchandise. They carry cosmetics as well as hair care products.Huge variety of options to choose from. The store ess fairly wide isles. Very easily noticable from main road. Within Kroger shopping center. Handicap parking and entrance.
The customer service was pretty alright. However, the return policy is no good at best. I purchased some volumizing powder for $19.99 plus tax only to get home and it be completely empty. I had purchased using a debit card which had since been stolen. Drive the 15 miles back to return the EMPTY bottle only to be told I have to get store credit OR put it back on the debit card used at the time of purchase. Well, that debit card was cancelled when stolen. I was told I could only get store credit. Im sorry but, they sold me a product empty! I should not be punished for the mistake they made. I will be spreading the word NOT to use these people for any reason. They will not be of any help if there is a mistake!!!
