They are somewhat ok the store manager is a little bit of an a$$ and there stuff is over priced but its ok if u cant afford something outright

I wrongfully assumed that this large company would conduct business in a more professional manner. I was attempting to rent a small electronic device. The contract I set up online said nothing about the minimum of 1 month nor that I would have to pay a full week for 1 day being they only accepted payments on Saturdays. I thankfully was able to cancel my order with no payment. I requested a confirmation email stating my cancellation and the entire email is all lowercase and misspelled. Please conduct no business with this company, even for small items.

I set up a reservation to pick up a vehicle this Thursday and everything went extremely well. The people there are very courteous ready to help you if you need any assistance. I do highly recommend this office.

Some of the staff can be rude at times but for the most part there are very friendly people in there that are very helpful and very nice and very knowledgeable about the stuff that they have for rent....

Very nice to do business with Enterprise car rentals

They trying to make me continue paying on a tv that they do not wanna fix. I pay almost $5 for liability damages. It’s ridiculous. I’m not gonna pay for something they don’t want to fix.

Some of the management are just rude. They tell you one thing but then say they didn’t say it. Had my delivery date and time down for a day and time we didn’t even agree on. I’ll never be a RAC customer again.
