Not all good they have few cash registers open. Bathrooms have been dirty since Ive been there twice, with no sanitizer sheets ever! And toilet paper and paper towels are continually over flowing from trash cans Other than that food is good. As a customer I requested for a tongue taco, on the grill, I was told they do not do that. Well, Ive been to other Cardenas and they do it kindly with no issue. The lady had a bit of an issue when i did request my order the way i would have liked to recieve it This is not a customer satisfaction at all. Retrain your employees. Im posting a picture of my meal Taco Tuesday $1 order carnitas tacos ( too dry). Very disorgsnized at the condiment area. Tables were dirty.

Grocery store is magnificent. All the way from their hot bar to the fish, meat, produce, and desserts. Im blown away every time I go into this store. I wish there was one in my community back east. If that were the case I would have no worries.

Always clean and stocked as well as any store can be. I personally like it because you can find a few things you cant find elsewhere like quail eggs, fresh oregano, and spices. Fresh lychee, rambutans, and drsgonfruit too, when theyre in season. The spice section is always well stocked as well and they carry a number of items you can sometimes only find across the border. These items are a bit more expensive but then again, youre saving yourself a trip across the border.

I believe its the best mexican Supermarket .around the country,you go in and you feel you are shopping in Mexico!!

Came here from Chico CA very nice clean place, Got some agua de horchata so gooood!Carnitas were ok!! The tortillas made there are good gonna go back and buy acouple bags to take back home!!

The kitchen worker Jesus at the Calexico Cardenas market provides very bad customer service, puts customers on hold for too long, offers no empathy, has rude behavior and bad attitude. Needs remedial customers service training ASAP.

Due to getting some stinky meat .I usually stay away from the carniceria. We love the tortillas, Most employees are very courteous, their express lane doesnt enforce the 10 item limit, so whats the point.and most of all that obnoxious loud music always blasting your senses.

Went to the deli to see there selection of carnes for burritos and they have great selections. I will definitely return for their burritos but I also want to try their platos. Good prices too.

Could dish up food in proper containers and include napkins on takeout food. Could be more friendly.😄

I visit here every time Im in town (600 miles away). Tortillas de maiz are the MAIN reason for my visits. Their fresh cheese department is a great accompaniment to my corn tortillas.

On Sunday, 11-12-17 at approximately 1pm, my wife and I went to Calexico Cardenas to purchase a few items, we walked to the meat counter, no other customers were there, I decided that I wanted some carneasada, behind the counter, were only 2 employees, a male and female. The male was walking by me, I asked him could he could help me, he rudly responsed that I needed to take a number, I responded by telling the male employee that there was no other customers waiting. The employee just walked away ignoring me and my wife. However, the female employee facial expression seemed shocked over the male employees behavior and tried to intervene by attempting to help us. We were so shocked over the poor customer service, we both agreed this behavior needs tobe brought to managements attention.
