The pharmacist refused to fill a prescription even when she spoke to the doctor directly. Even Walmart had no issues filling the prescription. It is the same Asian pharmacist that I have had issues with in the past. She has a very poor attitude. I am never going back to this rite aid.

Very bad customer service.1 hour and a half waiting in the car to be attended to.It is always the same, you arrive through the Drive Thru they have a window where you dont see them, only they see you and they dont say hello to say that in a moment they will attend.There they leave you waiting and you dont know if they already saw that you arrived, after half an hour they talk to you and tell you we have clients in front of you and it will delay they do it so that you can leave and so they dont work.

This pharmacy shouldnt exist anymore, the bad customer service I had received since many years ago and nobody care, people working they just go to make hours and thats it, they dont care emergency for people who is really in need.And guess what??, nobody cares this comments and no one is going to be nothing!!!

Clean place, employees that greet you at the front are nice but in the pharmacy on the back it takes forever to pick up! Or do anything for that matter. Waited 1 hr at the drive thru for a pick up with only 1 car infront of me. Ridiculous.

In general we lack of good pharmacies in the Valley, in Calexico, Rite Aid is one of the best ones, the store is pretty clean and well organized. But I have a complaint in the Pharmacy area, and is that you always have to wait a long time for the medication, so it make me think that maybe the pharmacists are not enough or maybe they arent good enough doing their work; most of the time takes about 40 to 50 minutes to get your prescription, plus 10 or 15 minutes wait on the line... same thing on the Drive Thru and if you call to ask something in regards your prescription, they never answer. Please, do something, the people deserve better services.

The store manager here, Jerry, is one of the most professional and nicest managers at any major chain store, I have ever met. Rite Aid is lucky to have him. Go in and check out how he runs a great store. His employees are pretty awesome too.

Pharmacy lacks common courtesy. Staff there don’t acknowledge customers, they seem in a bad mood at all times & never but I mean NEVER answer the phone. I understand everyone is busy, might not be a good day for them & everyone has things happening in their own lives but that’s what days off are for & if you’re short staffed and are this busy do the local economy a favor and hire more pharmacists!!!

I use Western Union Service inside Rite Aid; the employees don’t help you at all if you need any, I hope there is not a big problem when my relative pick up the money tomorrow Monday. Attitude of the employees is you are on your own.

I have picked up medication here before and then when I come to pick up medication they want me to stand in line to re-Give my insurance info. Already stood in line for almost 30 minutes with only 3 people ahead of me. So you mean to tell me that it takes 10 minutes a person to just pick up medication. This place sucks.

The pharmacists, every one I have met, at Rite Aid Pharmacy in Calexico has been extremely incompetent. It is scary really that these are the people who fill my Rx drugs. The incompetence of Rite Aid staff is really staggering. There is always a long line at the pharmacy at rite aid that does not move. I have determined that if there are 3 people or more in line ahead of me then I should expect a 2 hour wait. How can they possibly be so slow? I could not work that slowly if I tried. In other words, the only way to get your rite aid Rx may be to transfer to another pharmacy, which I had to do eventually after a week had passed and they still could not fill my Rx of ibuprofen. How does the agency who oversees pharmacies allow rite aid to continue to run a pharmacy? Someone is going to get hurt if they keep screwing up peoples medicines. Idiots at Rite Aid Pharmacy! How do these people even get through pharmacy school?

Always a great service here, If people are complaining, then go to another pharmacy or store to your liking, you dont have to come here, Rite Aid has always been a great place to pick up my medicines quick, i always call an HOUR before I go and when im there they have everything ready for me, definitely a great store, I dont know what people are complaining about. I dont know how the front end is, but the Pharmacy is the place to go!

I live in Calexico, but would much rather fill my prescriptions near my work 15 miles away (at Target) than go back to Rite Aid. If my doctor sends a prescription to Target, it is ready within an hour for me to pick up. If my doctor sends it to this Rite Aid, I have to go physically to the pharmacy and then wait over 30, 40, 60 minutes to have it filled!! I have always waited over 30 minutes for simple prescriptions. During my last experience, the pharmacist was not going to be able to have the prescription ready b/f closing time. She said to have Target call Rite Aid to have the prescription transferred the next day. Well, the next day I called the pharmacy NO LESS THAN 10 (TEN) times and NO ONE answered!!! I will definitely NEVER get another prescription filled here again.

Bad bad service. I asked a refill for my medici es 2 days ago too much time i think so and today i was there to puck up and they tried to charge 13.00 dlls why if i m paying my insurace and this is not the first time and i spend too much time.
