What a GREAT experience with this company and Tristan. Was first tentative because of so many fake ads out there. After speaking to a real person and knowing its a real company I felt much safer. The process took a week and I got my cart. Great service for an American company. Buy American products and support our local companies.

Had a great experience with USA golf cart, ordered some junk Chinese stuff from Amazon didn’t work, ordered good OEM solenoid, and worked, They had fair prices shipping was quick received within a couple days definitely would buy from them again when I need more parts

Giving credit where credit is due. I purchased a 1998 Club Car in 2010 after surviving a stroke and recently took it in for batteries, bushings and a fuse/receptacle assembly.I found that Mike in Service was exceptionally courteous and helpful. They took care of everything in a very timely manner. I would recommend US golf to anyone. I now prowl my 20 acres with confidence.

Horrible experience...Ordered a seat was told it was going to ship directly to our home..it never came, however we were having brake lights put on by us golf cars so we called to set up an appointment, bring it right in they tell us..oh and we have your seat here well put that on too..okGet there and were told another employee sold our seat to someone else but theyll get us another one..Take the cart to service to get the work done and they say it will be a week before they can get to it. (Why did they have us bring it then)..so we leave it and call a week later and they havent touched it..they tell us they will get someone right on it..ok..Couple days later we call again, they say they will check on it and call us right back..they never did..We call again o ly to find out that they cant get to it right now cause they have pr6 with something else..ok were just gonna come get it..Go pick it up and at some point they had taken some pieces off it and just laid them back in place with out putting the pins in.. thank goodness we didnt lose any part on our 50 mile journey back home..Then they wanted us to sign a release form...For what, they didnt do anything..Never again..Very poor service..

I recently had a friend ask me some questions about a golf cart he purchased, so I sent him to US Golf Cars. He came back with rave reviews about the great service and quality experience. His cart had a few broken pieces, and he told me the guys at the parts counter knew exactly what he needed and got the new parts to him at a reasonable price. Again, my buddy said great service and quality, and I would recommend heading down to US Golf Cars anytime you need to.

I was there for a used golf cart top, and the staff took really good care of me. I also saw the staff taking good care of a customer looking at a new golf cart.

I needed a trail buggy for the cottage / camp and even though I couldnt afford the 4x4, these guys hooked me up with a sweet lifted cart with an upgraded motor that will take me anywhere I need to go. I got there just before they closed, but Larry took some time and answered my questions.

Purchased a few year old cart and was told the cart had brand new batteries installed before purchasing. Used the cart for one summer and the batteries are already bad. US Golf Cars picked up our cart and brought it in for service. They called and said the batteries needed to be replaced and that they were never replaced before being sold like stated by the sales guy. I said this is not acceptable since I have only had the cart for one year. Service, sales and one of the manager said they were going to call me back. I still have not received a call back in over 2 months.

Disappointing experience with US Golf Cars. Golf cart battery light came on halfway through trip and didnt hold full charge rest of trip, dying on us several times during last part of trip. Didnt even use it at the end b/c it was so unreliable. Only drove it short distances - couldnt imagine being stranded somewhere if we had taken it further distance. Wont be using this company ever again and warn others before renting or purchasing golf carts from here.

Awesome place. Parts department and Bernie went out of there way to help me get my dinosaur 83 club car up and going! Will be using them for parts and when the old girl gives up the ghost Ill be looking there first!

I had an EZ GO cart from the 1990s that was on its last leg. I stopped in and talked with a couple of guys there in the showroom. Long story short - I learned about the big advantages of Club Cars over the other brands. I bought a nice refurbished gas Club Car Precedent the next week and I could not be happier. They told me the cart was a few years old but honestly it looks like a million bucks and boy are my neighbors jealous. I hope the mechanics can build a few more quickly because I know there will be people wanting them. I would recommend US Golf Cars to my own Mother.
