Not much selection in house to look at, so we had to order from a catalog. Took 3 weeks to arrive. Colors of items were not matched as ordered. Owner tried to convince us to wait and see if he could get the right items that we ordered. We were not happy and asked for a refund kindly. Owner said no problem and to come by to swipe the credit card in person. My wife goes in to get the refund but realizes on the way out of the store that the total was short $375. She goes back in to ask why and he says it was a restocking fee. and then tells her that he gave her a deal by making it 20% instead of 30%. We paid about $1800 for some furniture and then you deliver items that were incorrect. You tell us it is no problem to get a refund, and then you keep over $375 without saying a word? My wife had to come back in and ask you why. Next time an accident like this happens, how about giving an explanation of charges when you mess up an order. You sir, shouldve realized when assembling the items that they werent correct. Yet, you are putting on us, as your customer, to deal with your mistake. We are truly disappointed in your customer service. We believe in supporting local businesses, but this makes it hard for us to so.
