I absolutely love this little Bakery! Great treats super friendly staff! Everything they put out is outrageously delicious! They are great about incorporating great seasonal treats, but their sugar cookies…… so dang addictive!Been going to them for my sugar fix for 6 years now and don’t see it stopping anytime soon!

Found this gem today! I needed a cake for my hubby’s birthday. First of all, the cake was DELICIOUS!!! A big hit! The frosting was a beautiful mocha and the filling was a decadent chocolate. So good!!! Second, they have loads of other goodies! We will definitely be returning for future treats. Warm and friendly staff as well. Thanks guys! We’re happy to have found you!

On a very short notice they produced an awesome platter of sweets. Cupcakes, cookies, bars and rice paper decorated sugar cookies with my theme. I will most defiantly use them again. Best of all they are locally owned win! Win! Customer service was also fabulous.

Some of the best homemade bakery items in the valley. I love their raspberry rolls! They also have a great assortment of other bakery items that you should try out. A definite must visit place if you live on the west end of the valley. Great customer service. Ive had multiple custom cakes made here as well.

I ordered a small cake and cupcakes for my daughters baby shower and everything was perfect. Everything looked adorable and tasted amazing. I also must add their cinnamon rolls are delicious! Staff is excellent as well.

The crew (Lane) at Sweet Spot out did themselves with mermaid cupcakes for my granddaughters 7th birthday, she was so excited. We had so many flavors to choose from and they customize to your specifications. I received so many compliments on the cupcakes and wonderful frosting. Trust me, you cant go wrong with the Sweet Spot.

Honestly the nicest staff and the best experience to have for our wedding cakes! Super easy to coordinate and communicate with. Our order was sort of last minute and they were quick and friendly, and they delivered it at the perfect time! I would HIGHLY recommend this shop for any bakery needs. Everyone loved the cakes, they really made a magical day more special.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Sweet Spot Bakery due to their lack of customer service and I wont be going back. I heard nothing but great things about them so I decided to order a custom cake for my daughters 6th birthday about a month in advance. I spent about 20 minutes with one of the employees going over the details of the cake (size, colors, design, etc.) - that process was great! The day I came to pick up the cake the morning of my daughters party, upon the same employee showing me the cake we both immediately noticed that the top half of the cake was green - not the turquoise/aqua color that I had picked out. She agreed with me that the color was definitely different than what we had selected. She verified that she had wrote down the correct color on the order (which she had). She then told me that she would take a picture and send it to the Owner because she wasnt sure what happened. I didnt receive any type of apology from the bakery or discount. I was hoping/expecting to maybe receive a call from the Owner but that never happened. The color error wasnt a huge issue - what I take more issue with is the nonchalant attitude of the bakery with not following up with me. I dont care how yummy or cute - if your customer service sucks, I wont be back. Plain & simple.

I’ve been here a few times. The service is never friendly. Owners and staff. I never feel welcome coming here. Owners seem stressed and the employees seem young and don’t care.Their food/treats are expensive. The lasagna is ok, but the baked goods are sub par. The pies ( which I have had for a holiday ) are not good and way too expensive!

Had sandwich Ham.and cheddar cheese with the works it was so good.my son and grandson had the same . We will definitely go back. They have very good cookies too

The ladies are always accommodating and very open on suggestions and budgets. Ive gone to them every time for my kids birthdays and all I would do is show them a picture for our theme and they rocked it from Japanese cherry blossoms to a How To Train Your Dragons 2 cake! Not only do they look unbelievable they taste delicious and my girls always shriek from excitement when they see their creations. Until they become crazy famous, theyll definitely be my go-to bakery.

Its Christmas, very busy, but the people helping me were polite and responsive. It was my first time in there. I was picking up for someone else. Other customers were coming in and the guys back there didnt blink, just kept going on and I was out of there in no time. Pretty good job. I think Ill be back in again soon.

I called this morning to see if they had lemon meringue pie, as its my grandpas birthday and I wanted to surprise him with his favorite. They did not have one already made, but said they would have it ready for pick up by 1. Being able to deliver a fresh baked pie and seeing the smile on his face when he received it made my entire day. 🥰10/10 would recommend for all of your sweet tooth needs!

Tried this place for the first time on 10/21/2020. Its a cute place. Good location in Caldwell. I had a pumpkin bar (to die for) and a coffee. There is a little dining area. Little breakfast and lunch menu. I wish they had more coffee options. I will be going again.

Everything i have had at this place has been amazing. From lunch, take home dinner to the yummy desserts. Everyone has been very helpful and kind. Highly recommend

I called to get a gender reveal cake for my kids yesterday I called 3 hours before they closed and they told me the decorator had gone home for the day I explained I didnt need something crazy just a simple reveal cake to surprise my kids with telling them that I was pregnant and that they would have a new baby brother. They took my order for the cake saying they would put sprinkles of blue and pink on it a simple cake I was happy they agreed to do it.but when I arrived I walked in to see a beautiful cake with a pink and blue baby flowers on top wrapped with beautiful well place sprinkles and little chocolate marbles covered in pink and blue it was way more then I expected the staff was so nice I was so grateful that they made a beautiful cake to make the moment that much more special for my kids and my husband thank you so much for all youve done I appreciate it you guys are amazing ♥️ and the cake was absolutely delicious ♥️♥️

They have lots of candy choices but not as much as I expected. It did get kind of annoying because of the only 8 people allowed in at a time rule, but I know it is only because of Covid.

Great but definately need to be there in the morning for better selection.

Went here with my fiance a few days ago and had an incredible ham sandwich and coffee. We were able to work on our computers to get some work done on the road as we are passing through town. They dont have wifi available which if they get around to adding that feature it would be the cherry on top of the great experience they offer. Overall highly recommend The Sweet Spot Bakery.

I called VERY last minute, like 3 days before our event and this bakery made it happen!!! 50 cupcakes, 30 brownies, 30 lemon bars and a whole lotta cookies! It was ALL amazing, and decorated so cute!!!! Packaged well, easy to transport! We will using this bakery again! Oh, and the cinnamon rolls are to die for!♡

I was so excited to find a good local bakery, and right by my new job. When I mentioned it was my first time in, the friendly guy behind the counter offered me a free (pink!) coconut macaroon to try, and I fell in love - totally moist and very flavorful. I tried the cannoli, strawberry-rhubarb pie, and the traditional sugar cookie and they all were sublime. The cannoli especially, you can tell the ricotta-cream is fresh and homemade! The sugar cookie reminded me of those Lofthouse brand that you either love or hate - not my favorite cookie but the frosting was great. Will definitely be returning, likely for a weekly cannoli!

Stopped in yesterday for the first time. I purchased a dozen cinnamon rolls and a few other items. I have to say, I was very satisfied with the quality of each item. Best rolls Ive had in years. Everyone of my employees really enjoyed them as well and wanted to know where they came from.

The sack lunch turkey sandwich is delicious! And their cannolis are amazing!

Everyone at this bakery was so helpful and sweet! The food was just as good as the service and the decor inside was fantastic. I will be going here again the next time Im in town.

If I were on death row ordering my last meal, their macaroons would be the first thing I would ask for.As a world traveled food-y they are by far one of the best bakery Ive ever been too.The macaroons are to die for, but everything is exceptional including the staff.

Lovely little bakery and cafe. Small selection but what is there is good. Today we had both types of cinnamon rolls (original and raspberry) and a bacon and cheese turnover. Last visit we had raspberry bars and a few cookies. So far all our choices have been delicious.

The Sweet Spot Bakery nailed it. I wanted to try a couple of different items, so I had the Leprechaun treat, a piece of Marionberry Pie, and a cookie. All were amazing and probably the best place I have been in the area. The customer service was great, and I highly recommend going there.

Kept seeing this bakery pop up on my FB page and saw all the wonderful goodies, so I had to come and try them out. Let me just say, I was not disappointed!! Great selection, amazing desserts, and wonderful people. Well be going back on Saturday to stock up for Easter Sunday. If you love bakerys like I do...youre going to love this place!!! We contacted Sweet Spot through our wedding planner for our pie table on the big day. We ordered 90 pies - 30 heart-shaped hand pies, 30 pies baked inside mason jars, and 30 pie pops in assorted flavours. Wow! These made for a striking display next to the naked wedding cake. The taste was incredible and we received so many compliments from wedding guests. Highly recommended!!!

Sweet rolls were not cooked very doughy!

Ordered some Monster themed cakes for my sons 1st birthday, paid $75 . They were ready to pick up on time but when I saw them, one was the wrong color . Asked them to re-do the one, which they did, and they had it ready for me to pick up the next day .The worker smeared the writing at the base of the cake while loading it into the box, but fixed it for me. Went and picked up the second cake, the smaller smash cake for my 1 year old son, again, the same person managed to swipe her finger through the textured frosting while loading the cake into the box. She didnt bother securing the cake in the box, so it slid around in the box on the drive home. Had a feeling that the fondant horn on top of the baby smash cake was secured with a stick of some sort, and boy was I right. Through the center of the cake was a 2 1/2inch plastic stick, remember, this is a smash cake for an infant, and they KNEW that . How would you feel if you didnt check your cake and your child smashed their face into a super hard rod??? I am NOT a happy mama .Will NOT be going back.

I happened to be the the other associate communicating and observing the details with taking your order on this day. I was paying very close attention due to the fact that I am fairly new, and training. Upon being hired, it was expressed to me how important it is to get details, likes, and dislikes when taking an order for a semi custom or custom cake. One of the most important strong suites that Sweet Spot Bakery provides to the community is executing a customer cake order to the very best of their ability. They take great pride in knowing that their product, and creations provide the perfect aesthetic to any life celebration and day. While observing your questions, wants and needs for your sons 1st Birthday. You explained it was a monster theme. Penny showed you an example of a previous cake done. It was greens, blues, and you loved it. You explained that the theme was monster GOOGLY EYES. As Penny asked for any more details? You and your Mother both said, “ we’re not picky”... You also made the statement that, you trust our opinion and work, as long as it had “GOOGLY EYES”.. With those details given, the Birthday cake was the blues and greens with GOOGLY EYES... similar to the one you loved from our photos. The smash cake was done orange to give variation in some bright color, and extra fun for your sons birthday. The horn that took extra time, and creative work was a little something to make this little monster cute. I’m sorry you were not happy about the stabilizing stick to hold the horn secure. Most know that these are needed to hold upright fondant on custom cakes. Even without this stabilizer, the horn could potentially poke an eye and injure it. If you intend smashing your 1 year olds face, I would recommend removing it either way. This is common parenting advice from one mother to another. It really is not about the stabilizer stick. I am also very sorry about the buttercream getting touched when being boxed. I am very sorry we had to “fix” it for you. Last but not least, I am very sorry that your statements, “ I am not picky” and “we trust your opinion” resulted in an adorable “ORANGE “ Monster smash cake with a horn that had a lot of love and creative effort applied into it. A big part of it was that horn she added to make it extra cute. Words of advice to you Taylor, “communication is key” in any situation. Especially with “expectations”... I am so sorry you are not going to return. I agree that Walmart Bakery will be a better choice for you. Your attempt to imply that Sweet Spot Bakery is incompetent, and unprofessional, really shows how much bliss ignorance holds. Good luck with your future cake orders! I got cupcakes for my granddaughters 16th birthday party, alice and wonderland themed and got cupcakes with a rose shaped frosting instead i got a moutain of frosting that tasted like dye and looked nothing like a rose, i was very disappointed and very mad, because i paid a lot of money that i work hard for....and i wish i could give 0 stars.....i will not be coming back and i will never recommend them to anyone

They sold a cake to my sick mother for her 50th anniversary and my mom paid 600.00 for a large cake to feed 40 plus people and took the money then delivered a tiny cake with a plastic bow and left..this is noway to treat people

I picked up my grandsons 1st birthday cake recently, this is the small cake they call a smash cake. It was a themed cake which matched his birthday decorations. It is one of the plainest, ugliest and unspecial cakes I have ever seen from a specialty bakery. It breaks my heart that my daughter paid over $50 for something that looks like it came from Walmart for $8.50. If the bakery was too busy to create something special then either they should have charged less, or turned down the order.
