I stood in a line 20 minutes just to be told that they cant help me with my phone problem. I was told I would need to take my phone to a place to fix it. Its in my opinion, that people that work for Verizon should be more knowledgeable about phones.For example, when asked where the speaker was on the phone the employees answer was I dont know. The speaker on my phone is on the bottom. It shocks me just how little knowledge as well as customer service this employee displayed . I write this in hopes that it will cause this store and its employees to improve their methods so that if they are tasked with this problem again they can handle it in a better manner.

Ive been a Verizon customer since 2007 and our family began using this venue when we moved here in 2014. They have always been very accommodating and friendly but I experienced another side of this store when I had problems with Verizon regarding a bill. As another Google reviewer said, Vannah rocked it. After I got the run around from Verizon, Vannah personally intervened on my behalf and between her and her manager, Manny, got my problem completely resolved. I cant recommend this store more highly. Theyve certainly done right by our family.

GoWireless is the Verizon store next to Walmart and Panda Express. This is the Verizon store to go to, because these folks are great! I was having problems with my Galaxy S21 Ultra, so Verizon tech support told me to go down to my local Verizon store and pick-up a new 5G SIM card. I got there and Vannah, the assistant manager, changed out my SIM card and had it programmed to my phone in about 3 minutes and she was extremely nice!! She and GoWireless have earned my future business!

Vannah rocked it. She got Me a phone I was told couldnt be found anymore. She took care of me and everyone else in the store issue big or small. Totally impressed.

Went in to get my name off of a shared account and have my own account. Told the man what I wanted to do, he wrote out a phone number and said call this number, theyll help you. I called while in the store and was put on hold for 45 minutes...I finally went back to the counter and asked the girl if the time on hold was normal, she said yes but I could do it at home. The guy never told me that, in fact, I only saw him one more time while I was there. Very unprofessional....hope I dont have to deal with him again.

This is my first negative Google review ever. I called to ask about having data transferred from an android to an iPhone. I talk to the manager and he told me if I come into the store it would be $20 to have them transfer the data for me. When I arrived he said it was $40… $20 per phone. When he realized I did not have the new phone set up he said he cannot help me- he said I would have to go home to create an Apple ID. Since nobody was in the store I asked if I could just do it there. He said I could but it would cost me more money. My overall complaint was with his attitude and lack of friendliness.

It really does matter which store you go!! Phone issues since 9-16-20 and the store in Twin was not helpful in retrieving my contacts. On 10-1-20 I went to my Caldwell store and BAM just like Wayne was able to get contacts on second replacement device. Wayne & Martin are awesome good job guys! Francisco change your attitude you are to young to be so grouchy!This is the best Go Wireless Store and you are crazy if you dont do business here.Amy

My wife and I have been over joyed with our switch to Verizon. Let me just say that the difference in the two companies is like comparing a dark awful day and a beautiful bright shiny day which is Verizon. We a saved a lot of money, the cell phone service is always fast and incredible, but the very best is the kind, patient, and helpful customer service at this location. I was being helped by Franco and he took his time and explained in terms my wife and I could understand which was extremely helpful!

Ive gone into a couple other locations all over the valley, but this one is by far my favorite. The customer service is impeccable! They always make you feel welcome and always do whatever they can to solve the problem at hand. The girl who works there is always very nice and professional. Yesterday I went into this store and as soon as we walked in I was immediately greeted by Martin. He sat down and listened to what I was interested in and what would work for me and my kids. He took the time to write out exactly what everything would cost, what all he needed to make the switch as I was switching from another company, and how the whole process would work. He sat with me to help me to help me get the phones all set up and switched over and made sure everything was set for us before we walked out the door. I have been to so many verizon locations and this by far is the best one!! The employees actually care and want to help vs. the other locations that only want to sell you. The assistant manager franco and his team were very helpful when I went in with my broken phone. They made my day better and helped me get a great deal on a phone. I will never go anywhere else!!

I enjoy this place; the staff is so understanding and friendly. They worked their magic and got me a great plan at a good cost. Went in on a Sunday, the Rep. Mike had a couple people in the store already, as soon as we walked in he greeted us and let us know hed be with us as soon as he could. People came in after us and he greeted them as well. He handled everyone calmly even though he was there alone! From the time I walked in all of the staff was friendly and helpful. Brittani and Martin were so helpful! We came in on a Thursday night got enrolled with Verizon. When we got home, we realized that we had chosen the wrong phone. I came in on Friday and both of them were so helpful and getting us the phones we wanted and making sure we got the best deal possible. As a side note, when I was there Thursday I had three of my children with me. They were so patient while the kids asked questions and asked to play with some of the demonstration phone. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we are so glad to be back with Verizon!

I went to the Caldwell store after being annoyed with my experience at other stores. I was looking to switch over from Sprint. Vannah set me up with 2 new iPhones. Not only that but I got a discounted iPad too. She made the whole process go as smoothly as possible. Ive even looked at my bill summary for next month and her quote was almost to the exact dollar. I strongly recommend this store and this team. I will only be going to them from now on

I have been a customer with Verizon for 17 years, when I walked out of this store I knew something wasn’t right. Customer service was awful. I walked out of there being told I needed a new phone,the SIM card reader was bad.They did not spend enough time looking at the phone and troubleshoot any other possibilities.Long story short,went to a “real” Verizon store. At the end of this,my phone was fixed and it was free!This store does not represent Verizon’s true customer service.

My husband and I went in on 12/07/2019 and brought 6 lines from another provider AND purchased 6 new devices. We were told the Samsung Note10+ was on BOGO so we jumped on it. We were ALSO told that we were going to get a $200 visa card per line for porting over. Not only did it take 4 hours to get everything half way done ( had to switch everyone to the right plans, I had to call the PORT department to finish 2 of the lines to port over and add the insurance online when we got home), we did not get what was promised. When submitting the rebate online for the Visa cards, we found out that the ONLY devices that were eligible for the $200 rebate was a device priced at $550 or more. We were not told that information so we lost out on $800 also the BOGO was only for devices UP TO $750. So now, we are paying for a device we were told was completely free. We asked multiple times regarding the BOGO and the Rebate offer and we were PROMISED several times we would get both. We called the store and were informed that we were given misinformation but there was NOTHING they could do even though it was THEIR FAULT. THEIR EMPLOYEE gave us FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. We asked to have a manager call us on 12/08 but have yet to receive that call. I am already regretting switching over because it has been nothing but a headache. The employees need to be trained on how to give correct information and stick by what they say.
