Had a rock chip right in the drivers side viewpath. They got me in quickly and sealed it up. Cant even tell its there. Ive been VERY happy with their services! Just fyi, if you have Geico Insurance, you have to file the claim yourself online beforehand.

Went in for an estimate. There was a goal receptionist there she told me glasses hard to get. She also told me there was a lack of workers and it would take approximately 3 weeks to get the job done. Then she gave an estimate of over $100 more than anyone else wanted and then said oh we have more workers so we could do it sooner I had to write up the estimate and I left. Someone referred another company down the road from there closer to Nampa got it done within 2 days took 40 minutes and it was over $100 cheaper more professional and a lot cleaner shop very good people not one lie either.

The attendant that helped me (I dont remember her name; It started with a J. Jaclyn?) was SUPER helpful! After examining my windshield she knew that I needed a windshield replacement, not just a repair and got me set up with an appointment at an appropriate time and place. She also reassured me about the condition of the break.What she said made sense because GEICO, through their website, told me that I needed a replacement.. However when I tried to find a Safelight store available sooner, that piece of data must have gotten lost in the transition.

Walked in and Spoke with lady Receptionist to schedule an appointment and she was very hesitant to schedule me in told me there is a 3 week wait and that it will take her 15 minutes to book an appointment and asked me if I’m sure I want to book with them. I ended up having her book me an appointment and she ended up quoting me at a price which is 3x more then near by competitor. please do research before coming here there are other places that will charge you way less and will not have you wait for 3 weeks I literally ended going to someone else nearby and got my job completed the next day

Safelite AutoGlass just sent Allen out to my residence to fix my Honda CRV windshield and he was top tier repairman and representative from start to finish! He communicated clearly and timely as we coordinated his ETA which helped me shorten the window of time for me to be present. He used the latest technology, was quick and thorough through the entire process. I cant recommend Allen and Safelite highly enough. TEN STARS across the board!!

I want to talk to a human when I call. Not a computer. I called 4 times and the computer was confused what I was asking and says, Thanks for calling and hangs up. What kind of pathetic disgusting service is this? Guess I will call a company that cares about their customers and hires employees to help those customers.

Ive been using Safelite Auto Glass for years now, both for repairs and replacement. Always professional, courteous and on time! My Technician Matt did an excellent repair on the front windshield of my 2017 Subaru Forester! I would highly recommend using Safelite for your windshield needs!

Something hit my windshield that put a large round crack in it. My insurance recommended Safelite and we were very happy with the whole experience of getting a new windshield. They took care of my warranty repair on my glass very quick and worked with my tight schedule.Had my windshield replaced at a different location and the replacement had a lamination problem that caused my car’s HUD and any bright lights to show up 2 or three times.Upon finding out that the glass they had immediately available to them was the same make as the faulty glass, they contacted my insurance and got approval to put OEM glass in my car.I do recommend this location.

This is the second time I use their service and each time the replacement windshield took less than a hour to replace. The second vehicle had several advanced windshield features and it was still quick.

I was already having a bad day lol. Plus mother nature had a bi polar mood and dumped snow but was also told they were running behind. They were very easy to deal with, zero hassle. I had satellite come out to replace my windshield. Jordy was the tech they sent. He was very professional and worked very quickly. Not to mention a good attitude. I will be using satellite again in the future and would recommend them to everyone.

They didnt have the part to fix the window so the appt was cancelled. So I went to another place that was able to order the part and was $100 cheaper than the safelite estimate.

This store is better than the Caldwell store, they are quick an do a better job imo, the only thing that would of made this visit better and gave them five stars, is if they would of had a staff ready to greet, their customer outside, when the (pre-set appointment) customer showed up, I was runnin behind so it wouldnt have done anyone any good but I felt I was treated like a important customer an even got a freebie (item)... Mobile technician Justin was fantastic. He pre-called, updated eta, and showed up within arrival window. Replaced my trucks front windshield in a very short time and explained details and after install instructions clearly. He even vacuumed my carpets. Great service! Had my windshield replaced right in the parking lot at my work. Not even 2 months later I got a gigantic rock chip in the center of that new windshield. The technician Layne did an awesome job for both my windshield replacement and that challenging large rock chip. I can hold out for a while longer before replacing my windshield...again. I will always choose Safelite.

My insurance company sent a technician out to fix a chip small crack obtained from chip sealing. Technician was on time and courteous. However there is a bigger crack now. She said it filled it in. Hopefully its fine.

Well, since they are coming back today, I can say it did not go right. The technician was on time and very nice but the job wasnt done correctly. The seal around the window hung down to the dash. Hopefully, it will get fixed today.

Is it too much to ask that a company hire people to answer the phone? During the course of the last couple windshield incidents Ive had to deal with my insurance company has sent the claims through safelite. Every time Ive called Ive been put on hold for more than 20 minutes each time. They are the most expensive place in town with terrible customer service. In the future I will use a reputable local company that has reasonable prices and cares about their customers enough to answer the phone.

Quick for a full windshield. I have had one replaced and a few chips /cracks repaired . Will definitely use them again. Helpful and friendly .

These guys had the windshield I needed in stock and were able to come to my house on a Saturday to install it. The price was even ok too.

I went with someone else because their online quote, which is encouraged by their automated answering service, included only the cost of the new windshield...cost of labor and any other charges remains a mystery. I dont like not being able to speak with a live person and I dont like getting a partial quote.

I was here about a month ago and got a chip in my windshield repaired. I was running late and they kindly waited for me to arrive. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Good experience!

The guys are nice and informative but the waiting room is filthy. As a mom I bring my kids with me everywhere. And have never had an issue with with waiting rooms until now. They have kids toys and coloring books but no where to play with them because the floor is obscene. So they had to sit and wait. If they clean up a little (sweep, mop, wipe down.) then it would get 5 stars.

Way overpriced. Wanted almost $500 for a F150 windshield. Called local glass shop and got windshield replaced for less than half of what Safelite wanted.

These guys are great and super convenient. They will pretty much come to wherever you are to either replace or fix chips the only time they cant replace is if they dont have it in stock which makes a lot of sense considering they cant have every piece of glass for every vehicle even though some people think they should will use in the future for sure

They replaced a windshield in my pickup while it was waiting for work at a muffler shop which was extremely helpful. But what was amazing is they took my Idaho park pass stickers off my old windshield and put it on the new one.

Tyler was 100% respectful of my time and vehicle removed the rust that formed from a previously bad install vacuumed out my truck and offered me additional services to get me thru the winter I’m happy with his above and beyond attitude this is someone who makes me glad I chose safelite thank you

Very unhelpful and a huge waste of time. My girlfriends driver window needed replaced. we took it to them to get a quote and the rundown of what needed to be done. They said we needed to replace a part before they would touch it. We replaced the part and set an appointment for 10am a few days later. My girlfriend had to wait in the lobby because the window didnt arrive until just before noon. After they received the window they told her she was missing a couple bolts for them to do their job. she drove back to the house and back with bolts in hand. then they changed their story saying they needed plastic clips. I personally took out the broken window. (There are no plastic clips. Just two bolts.) After that dilemma they decided they would do a house call the next morning to get residence. It is now that morning and because the guy couldnt make it into the drive to get house he just left. This winter weather hasnt been good but I just made it into the drive just fine. Go somewhere else. Dont let these people waste your time.

Had Jackie from safelight come out to fix a tiny tiny pit and she broke my windshield! They claim no responsibility and refuse to fix it! Beware of thier service! they keep telling me that I have a zero deductible for a new windshields on my insurance! Well I only have zero deductible for repair not replacement! I was told this by three different people at safelight that it shouldn’t be a big deal since I have a zero deductible! They lost mine and my businesses business! I’ve had many windshields repaired and no one has ever broken one!I suggest recording the entire conversation and repair when the technician tells you to go inside she’ll come get you when finished don’t stay and watch and recordI also found out today they still charged my insurance for the service call!Never did she tell me it could be broken during the repair and if you look them up on the BBB that’s the biggest complaint they claim they tell people that but the people say they were never told that! In fact she told me if I didn’t think it can be done I wouldn’t attempt then when she broke it she said I must of jinxed myself by saying I wouldn’t break it! She also told me don’t worry I’ll make a claim on Monday when my manager is in and we will replace it with factory glass since this is a new car with factory glass!

Our window chipped on our brand new truck. They sent someone to our home to fix it and it didnt cure properly. He actually chipped the window more and then the resin become foggy and the whole window cracked corner to corner the next day and they still wanted to charge us for a full window replacement. If they fixed it right the first time would have been 5 stars but now Im out 200$ because of their lack in training and employees

Less than 2 months ago we had an insurance claim and had our windshield replaced. Ok thats fine did a great job was pleased.here is where it gets sketchy..my wife went to work and the windshield was fine perfect as a matter of fact she comes out to go home and there is a long crack.so I call saflite they come to warranty the job and say it was hit with a rock .no it wasnt they refused to warranty there faulty product. Dont believe the tv commercials I am very disappointed in there company and as a business owner myself I would never argue with a customer not happy no problem how do I fix it..buyer beware once they have your money your an afterthought

My windshield got hit by a pretty big rock on the freeway which created a long crack that forced me to replace my winshield. My insurance plan doesnt cover that so I had to wait and save up. I did not have any additional problems with the cracked windshield during this time.Once I was ready to replace the windshield I took it to Safelite on a Monday.. on the Friday of that week I had a small chip from the road jump up and crack the new windshield. Ive had chips jump up before when I had my old winshield and I didnt have any issues. Safelites windshields are flimsy and I am not a least bit impressed with the quality. I contacted Safelite and they tried to assure me that their windshields are the same quality as vehicles coming out of the factory. Thats a hard sell given my experience.I received an additional crack that was caused from a chip since then. I will NOT be using or reccomending Safelite.

Fast service and a professional repair!

I want to start off by saying, SAFELITE ROCKS!!!!I needed a chip repair, so my insurance company referred Safelite. The gentleman that came and fixed it did fine on the chip repair, but i needed new wipers too, and they told me they could change them. Well, I havent had to use them until the other day, we had a HUGE rain storm. When i flipped my wipers on, All the sudden my drivers side wiper just flew right off, as Im driving down the road! As the wiper kept going, it scratched my window up. The gentleman that put the wipers on, had gotten the wrong size, and they were just holding on by them being pressed up on the windshield. SCARIEST MOMENT OF MY LIFE!!My husband and I went to the Safelite on Cleveland Blvd in Caldwell, and they were AMAZING! The manager was so helpful. I truely thought there wouldnt be anything they could do. But, it was the the complete opposite. She not only waved my deductible, but replaced my whole windshield!!We scheduled a repair for the next day and, Kyle was my Safelite Mobile Technician. He was Amazing! Thank you for such a great job! We have dealt with safelite a few times... no problem until nov 29 of 2018. we went and had our chevy blazer windshield replaced and immediately noticed something wrong with it but didnt know what it was and thought it was a protective film on it .but we found out under a street light it had little air bubbles everywhere thru the windshield and made the headlight from oncoming cars stars out. we reported it dec 19th of 2018 and they said no problem it must be defective and to bring it in when we could.we had a guy from safelite come out to replace it and we got told that there was nothing wrong with it after I proved him wrong with a led flash light that the little micro air bubbles are there and he still refused to replace it even with a warranty we then took it to another windshield place and they looked it over and sure enough they said that it was defective and then got written letter of confirmation that it was defective sent it to safelite warranty dept and still refused to uphold the warranty we will never deal with safelite auto glass ever again and every person I know I will tell them not to go to safelite they rip ppl off majorly

Awful service! My husband went in a little before his appointment and nobody even greeted him when he walked in, then he was told that they wouldnt look at his car until his appointment time, which was fine since he was early, expect for the fact that the chick working there was sitting on her butt flirting with the guys who worked there. Then another customer walked in, was greeted and offered a beverage and snacks. All the while my husband just sat there... by this time it was past his appointment, and they were taking other people over him. Dont waste your time here!
