Absolutely love Central Rent To Own. I have been a loyal customer for 10 years. They truly are the best. They have worked with me through some pretty dark times. And have always treated me with respect. I have rented through the other guys but always come back due to the customer service I get here.

Central R2O is the best place you can go to for furniture rental. The prices are very reasonable and the customer service they provide is phenomenal. They ask you questions so that they know what you are looking for and give you several options to choose from. The delivery service is quick and the workers are friendly and helpful. If you have any concerns they go above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied. Highly recommend Central R2O.

Workers awesome, only 3 stars because it will take 3 days to deliver (I live maybe 20 miles away)and they dont take the old stuff to trash, they leave it and you have to find away.

Great store to buy your furniture or electronics,I have a few things from them and and it all seems to be of good quality, prices on some things could be just a little bit lower but I like that they have different payment options and they work with you as much as you need, and they deliver for freeThey have nice and friendly staff that wont push you into buying anything if you just want to check things outCome to them first, dont go to R-A-C.

Terrible experience with this furniture store 😡 late on one payment and they go as far as to Harass me and accuse me of theft ... of course sending their people to my home when I’m not present and scaring my children and the nanny .... I don’t recommend it at all they’re the worst Customer service people to deal with !!!!

Placed an order last month and was told my items would arrive in 4 weeks, its now been 7 and my furniture still isnt here. They stopped returning my calls my last week so I found an email address on the website and sent an email on Monday, still nothing and its now Friday afternoon. Very unprofessional to ignore paying customers. Will never use them again
