I was referred to this place by a friend and now Ill never go anywhere else. The customer service and knowledge is top notch. The owner has spent any amount of time needed on several different occasions to help me fully understand products I needed and how to correctly use everything. I cant speak highly enough about them and their products are also made of the highest quality. If your in the treasure valley its well worth the drive from Boise or anywhere.

Great group of people. Chad helped me select a pressure washer that met my needs. I also got a foam cannon to use in detailing cars. Both products are top notch and are serving me well without any issues. If you come here first, you wont need to go anywhere else.

Matt was EXCELLENT when it came to repairing our pressure washer. He took ours and brought us a loaner pressure washer in the meantime, without any extra charge. They didnt charge us for the drive, but only the work and the part we needed done. We didnt even have a chance to use the loaner, before Matt brought our repaired pressure washer back less than 24 hours later! Having some issues with my 10 yr old Aladin pressure washer. Found Viking on the web, emailed some questions, Chad responded quickly & professionally. Chad explained to me that I am too far to really be a Viking customer (I am in GA), but still took the time to email back & forth to try to help me! How refreshing to find someone that is honest & straightforward in todays world - seems they really care about taking care of customers vs just trying to make a quick buck.
