I’m a frequent shopper with Feature and the customer service is great!! I recently placed a order and a item was missing from my order when it arrived. I emailed support while they were closed and the next day I received a email with them looking into my order. A couple hours later I received a email that my missing item is being shipped out UPS. Today I experienced blatant discrimination at this store. As I’m in line, I noticed numerous white customers using a card to pay for purchases and not asked to show ID. However, I was asked to show ID for a purchase that cost much less then the previous white customers in line.I have noticed this “black customer” practice at BOTH stores; inside the Wynn and Spring Mountain. This has been happening to my friends and I for years at the Wynn store.Feature’s credit card purchase policy should apply to all races, not just black customers. I will be following up with Feature about this matter. Hopefully all customers will be treated fairly when patronizing your stores.

Update: This matter was resolved and Im still doing business with Feature.I was excited when I initially found this shop, and have been to the location at the Wynn. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with an online order/return and will not be doing business with them going forward. I purchased 12 pairs of shoes, sent 3 back as a return, yet they claim to have only received 1 of the 3 pairs. This likely could have been resolved with better communication, however, they stopped responding. Im not trying to trash their reputation as they seem to be a cool store overall, but just giving a fair warning of my recent experience.

Ive been a customer of the website for a long time and recently stayed on the strip while on vacation in Las Vegas. We made it over to the store and I was very impressed with the selection and staff. I grabbed some new Converse 70s and a few Feature tees. Very happy with the purchase!

I called to verify a pair of Travis Scott shoes someone was trying to sell me. He sent me a receipt from your store but my gut said it was a fake and the shoes might be too. Ive made a few orders from this website and they always take like 4 days to ship orders and they use USPS SUREPOST. There was one time where i paid for expedited shipping and they still used usps surepost.Now i made an order for fathers day and they took like 3 days to ship using surepost. The item was picked up on june 22 and it says origin scan and it hasnt updated yet. I called the feature store and i have to spam call them for them to actually pick up the phone. And when they pick up its a bunch of unprofessional kids that dont even know what to do. I always make expensive orders. $350 pants and emother expensive items and they use cheap shipping methods. Its been 10 days since i made the order. Send your employees on a customer service trainning. I will not be ordering from this website again.

I never hit on Yeezy supply so I tried my luck with them and hit on my size with no hassle no waiting room and no Im not a bot. Ordered some Puma, Y-3 shoes weeks back that were really pretty. To my dismay when i went to trade one of the shoes at a local consignment shop in my area i was told that the y-3 were not authentic. Never purchase in this store again. The other day I placed an order of a pair of sneaker as a birthday gift for my girl friend, but the size turned out to be too small so that I returned the item. The sneaker priced at $100 but I only received $87 after return, and the store rep told me returned amount would be the tag price minus initial shipping fee when customer had enjoyed free shipping. That just a ridiculous policy! If I decide to purchase an item valued at $100 again, it actually will cost me $13 more, and in total I will have to pay $113 for an item originally worth $100.

Nice selection of shoes and up and coming designers that you dont typically find at your local mall. The staff is engaged and eager to answer any questions you have about upcoming releases. Bonus points for not selling Nike - you get plenty of that brand at your basic shoe stores.

Woke up to a nice email from paypal crediting my account for attempted fraud by Feature LV. Feels absolutely great to have my cash back. Sold me the wrong size for a pair of jordans and decided to go awol when i asked about a replacement for 3 weeks. They offered me a free black flannel shirt to take down my review but i declined. Makes you wonder if they pay for positive feedback on other platforms. I have no doubt though that this place is not completely upstanding.I bought a pair of vans tri check as soon as I saw them, stock was fine online based on the webpage. bought and paid for immediately.sent two emails asking about shipping. almost a week later I get a response saying they thought they had my size in stock but it is now not in stock. They arent actually saying what is happening they just say, they dont have it any longer. so basically, they disappeared.or it was stolen. OR it was probably saved and given to someone in person. either way, i do NOT believe them when they say they were so busy it got lost in the mix, because that would mean a pair of shoes just literally disappeared AFTER they had them. LOLMy first pair of kicks bought from this place also took a while to ship so...yeah i would not trust this place, and obviously would never buy from them again.
