The team is an amazing team. I have purchased several phones from this store and I felt that they were unbelievably super patient and nice. I once came with a broken phone and Albert, the store manager, told me that although this store is not fixing phone he is willing to go beyond and help. It took 2 hours and with his expertise the phone was fix!!! I highly recommend this store. THE BEST!!!

I’ve been here I think 4 times because I have no luck with phones, but the staff is always wonderful and helpful and does everything in their power to help me and make sure I’m happy! Bryan, Taylor, Anthony and Albert are always so helpful! They make sure I leave here happy and satisfied! Super happy sight heir service!

Albert Anthony Torres did yeomans work to get more phones data roaming working today. He tried several remedies and finally connected with AT&T tech services to resolve. It wasnt a problem he caused, yet his persistence and great customer service solved it. Thank you A!

This store is different than most. It is not like a DMV like corporate stores and it is the most trust worthy store compared to other authorized retailers. I would recommend this to all my family and friends. 10/10.

AMANDA sold me my new Samsung phone about two weeks ago👍. She is extremely professional, polite and superbly knowledgeable!!! And, the best part --- no pressure!! The other gentlemen that work there are completely able to also answer any questions. The store had a large variety and BIG selection. I highly recommend this location in particular😀😀👍👍!!

They are disreputable. Do not buy here. They will promise anything to sell a product. We went in for Direct TV. Were told we would get 2 free phones of our choice if we moved our 2 phone lines over to AT&T. Find out only 1 is free. Have to pay for second phone. Didnt need new phones and werent unhappy with prior carrier. They will not make good on their word. Do not shop here.

I have actually never been to this store, but I have worked with the manager, Saman, of this store in a different branch. Be careful when you are dealing with him, he made a lot of mistakes on my account and I had to go back and forth so many times with At&t to fix them. He put extra charge on my account which could have been avoided and I had to call and fix. He gave me a tablet and said its free and after the first bill I discovered it was a lie. If I could I would cancel my account completely but unfortunately it had a cost and I am stock. Again be careful and if you can avoid him all for good.

UPDATE: Do not trust the employee named Bryan at this store. Ive filed multiple case numbers with AT&T regarding my device and Bryan took the replacement phone I received from Asurion and applied, against policy, a credit to my account. The phone needed to be returned and according to a rep who gave me the IMEI number of the replacement device...its in use. I believe this employee stole the replacement device which has now caused my old device to get blacklisted and service gets suspended approximately every hour causing me disrupted service. If this isnt resolved today, 7/30 Ill be reporting fraud to Asurion regarding this.Back in June I received the worst service from an employee named Bryan who has caused me a lot of grief with my phone getting suspended today 4 times all of which I had to find Wi-Fi to get back on my account and reactivate it. This week I have spoken with or chatted with 5-8 different AT&T service representatives all of which havent helped me resolve my issue.Im really quite fed up with what Ive had to go through and jumping hoops just to figure out the entire fiasco with my phone. Today, my service was suspended 4 times and I had to go find Wi-Fi and reactivate my device all four times. I talked with another AT&T service representative today about getting my phone off the black list (I had already talked to another on Friday). The answer I kept getting was it would take until the end of day on Sunday for this to get resolved. Earlier in the week on Tuesday a woman told me it would be resolved by end of day the following day and it never got resolved. Now, todays rep told me I need to go to the AT&T store where I returned the device that replaced the phone I thought I lost but was returned to me by someone and go and get that device back and make sure it gets to the insurance company??? I was given the IMEI number for the device that needs to go back to the insurance company. Apparently the insurance company still thinks my actual phone is lost/stolen still which is why it keeps getting suspended and with increasing frequency which is a huge inconvenience for me. I dont see why I should pay for the mistake of the employee at the AT&T store in Calabasas, CA for them not following policy and taking the phone from the insurance company and applying a credit to my bill rather than assisting me returning the device to the insurance company. And WHY do I need to go back to the store and fetch the device??? Is it really this hard for AT&T to help resolve my issue with my service being arbitrarily suspended and with increasing frequency.According to all representatives I spoke with, the employee Bryan from this store did NOT follow AT&T policy when he took the phone I was trying to return since my lost/stolen one luckily got returned to me. He applied an $85 credit to my last bill when it should have, NO MATTER WHAT, gone back to the insurance company.This store is terrible and has caused me a lot of grief which makes me want to switch over to Verizon.

AWFUL experience.Do not get service here. I REPEAT, Do not get service here.My family and I have been loyal customers to AT&T since 2007 (10 years at this point) and stayed with them even when we moved from a different state.The manager that sold me 2 iPhones flat out low-balled me, saying that I would receive 2 free iPads along with my purchase. As Im checking out, she had me sign her tablet and threw in that I just needed to pay $35 for each gadget guard, adding how theres a lifetime warrantee in case I break it. I asked for all of the terms and conditions to be laid out before me and I cant help but to feel deceived and cheated out of my money because she simply repeated what she said earlier - how they were completely free because of the promotion they had.1. Since the iPads rightfully belonged to me, I did as I pleased - I gave them away, only to find out that these two iPads were registered to my account and that data charges would be applied on top of $10/month for a 2-year contract that I unknowingly signed for.2. The gadget guards are NOT free if you need to order a replacement. There is a shipping cost of $5.00 for each, which is the normal price of a new one on Amazon. So theres $70 extra dollars there that I paid.I absolutely take ownership of what I should have been more aware of as the consumer in this situation. However, I do not believe that it was ethical for the managers at this branch to be DISHONEST about the charges that WE would be held responsible for.Absolutely ridiculous. They made no effort towards making amends and said the only option on my end would be to pay the early termination fee of a whopping $300.It is infuriating to say that after such a TERRIBLE customer service experience, I am choosing to take my family off of AT&T and switching to T-mobile.Customer loyalty department couldnt do much either.
